Hotel very close to the main harbour. However taxi costs 15 euro. The sea is 5 minutes by walk The hotel has 2 outdoor swimming pools, one is with thermal water and two small indoor pools with themal water as well , sauna and various types of showers. Breakfast is sweet with croissant, crostata , jogurth . It is possible to by a snack for reasonable price. Cooking is good. There is air conditioning in the room. People at reception and restaurant are very kind.

The lobby is stunning once we saw it we were very happy but unfortunately it was it. Room was not great plenty of mosquitos, we killed 6. Aircon from 80s which didnt work well when we set 18 degrees it felt like 30 in the room so we couldn't sleep well but due mosquitoes presence we didnt keep windows opened so it was not a great sleep at all of max 4h a night waking up all sweaty. Breakfast was a joke croissants looking unfresh and the worse americano we ever had tasting like water. Very poor choice almost nothing to eat for breakfast also served on the basement lever which gave it extra unpleasant feeling. But the worse was that we chose this place for our wedding anniversary to spend lovely 2 days in spa on the terrace in jacuzzi with 360 views having prosecco and chill on the terrace.this was the reason why we chose that hotel and before booking I made sure to check that it's working and we can use it which I was assured about. Upon arrival we were informed we can use rooftop. When we arrived there it was all under construction jacuzzi was closed and rooftop was full of bricks and construction works. I complained on the reception that we can use spa on the rooftop and I only heard that it's TRUE they have some works. It's a shame I was not informed about that when making a booking as I precisely asked for roof terrace jacuzzi. It was put 5 anniversary treat we went for 3 days to Italy to have bit of luxury and we got hot room with broken aircon very dated hotel and roof tarrace which was not working. We traveled 8 hours one way for that. It was really disappointing and sad

L' albergo ,si trova nel centro di Ischia Porto. Pulito e carino. Sì mangia bene ed il personale è gentilissimo. Bellissima la terrazza solarium e meravigliosa la nuova piscina. All' interno è presente area termale e spa.. Super consigliato

Hotel in ottima posizione al centro di Ischia Porto. Stanze confortevoli e letti comodi. Il centro termale piccolo ma accogliente. Peccato per la piscina esterna con acqua riscaldata non sufficientemente. Un plauso alla signora Gabriella, gentilissima, professionale e sempre disponibile

Ho soggiornato in questo meraviglioso hotel in pieno centro a Ischia porto. Il personale è gentilissimo, stanze pulite e dotate di tutti i servizi (phon, frigo, tv, armadio, cassaforte, balcone con filo per stendere i panni bagnati, una meravigliosa spa con vasca idromassaggio e altri servizi, una meravigliosa terrazza solarium per prendere il sole dotata di lettini con materassi e ombrelloni, divanetti all’ingresso e possibilità di parcheggio interno da concordare con l’hotel) … tutto questo ad un prezzo davvero onesto. 3 stelle che valgono 5 stelle! Se tornassi ad Ischia non avrei alcun dubbio e soggiornerei di nuovo qui. Lo consiglio.

Sono anni che vengo in questo accogliente e particolare hotel a Ischia porto vicinissimo ai traghetti e per tutti gli spostamenti nell’isola si trova al centro personale eccellente ristorante ottimo chapeaux

Breve permanenza di fine settimana. All'accettazione cortesia e disponibilità. Ampi spazi comuni. Camere ampie e pulite, con terrazzo sulla strada e quindi rumoroso. Un solo ascensore, anche per il personale, per tutta la struttura. Colazione soddisfacente. Prezzi un pò elevati.
