一定要住貴一點的房型 這樣裏面的服務會更好 可以隨便吃喝 衞生環境很好 room services也是24 hrs的

It was good but few things need improvement such as 1. Food service at the restaurant is awfully slow, slow to the point it takes 1hr for the food to arrive from the time person takes the order (and yes this is not during peak hours) 2. Mosquitoes issue, they ought to do something about that 3. Kids water park malfunctioned for 2 days

Resort was amazing. Staff and food excellent. Great activities and amenities for kids. Adults only areas. Private beach is beautiful.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here! Staff is very attentive and kind. Food was delicious and we loved our room!! Spa was also a dream. Highly recommend!

Food was good Staff was great Place was clean and looked newly built. One negative was that everyone else abuses the towel service. They don't return their towels and they leave them for the whole day on beach and pool beds. So you don't know what is taken and what is free. Quite shocking really. Its not the hotels fault, but we have been to other hotels that have multiple policies in place to combat this. One of them being towel cards.

The Finest Resort truly lived up to its expectations. The resort itself is beautiful with a modern minimalism design. The upkeep is impeccable and the rooms, washrooms, public areas, pools are incredibly clean. I travelled with my family that included a 5 year old and 1 year old. The room was cleaned twice a day (or more if requested!). The service standard at this hotel is beyond a 5 star hotel. Andre (the Restaurant Manager) is one of the most stellar employees at the Finest. He went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our food. Most of us on the trip were vegetarian so after our first night he reached out to us and booked a restaurant for dinner for each night of our stay. There are so many restaurants at the resort that you can eat somewhere new each day. He then would drop by each morning to ask how the food was from the night before. On our final night, they created a special table for us with rose petals that wrote "come back soon". He made us feel taken care of and our dietary restrictions were very important to him. The food at EVERY restaurant in this resort is nothing short of a 5 star dining experience. The ingredients are fresh and they have a separate menu for "plant-based options" and for kids at each restaurant. If you're eating at the market buffet, be sure to get Javiar as your server. He's one of their most attentive and memorable employees! He will take care of you. We will definitely be back very soon with our family!

I can easily say this is the best all inclusive resort I've been in. The food was so good that its uncharacteristic of an all inclusive resort.Lunch at the italian (mussles,calamari,chicken pasta) , dinner at the steakhouse (rib eye and you won't go wrong), dukes for lobster, soji, the spanish restaurant e.t.c The staff were amazing always helpful. Beach was amazing and all the facilities around the hotel. Will come back again for sure.

I enjoyed the amenities and the beach, nice choices of restaurants and staff extremely attentive and friendly. Pool was cold and ocean had a lot of sea****.
