This resort is stunning, the staff was all kind and friendly. The details were mostly all thought of here. The food variety and quality were great. I say this with generally higher standards. The options for pools and hot tubs was impressive, each having different temperatures to satisfy anyone. The ceramic around the pools is slippery and even more so when wet so get those children to slow down. The soft white sand on this beach is pleasant although some not so pleasant rocks in the ocean entrance All in all I would love to return

We had such an amazing stay, The staff is absolutely amazing. Very attentive and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place. Perfect for families

The property was beautiful. The room was spacious and beautifully appointed with wonderful amenities like the heated toilet seat and bidet.

We stayed from the 5th-9th it was nice and relaxing Room was very nice took a room on the 9th floor amazing view large balcony Kids had so much fun Food was excellent Only thing it was boring at night with nothing to do , will return again

House keeping was always lacking , had to call couple times a Day to remind them to come. Used the spa and they double charged us at the end stating we got products and maybe it’s the products they used on us while they were doing the massage. Bought an excursion from the hotel and they told us it would take 30 minutes to get to destination but it took 1 1/2 hour to get to a 1star quality excursion . The over charge when they can, cut corners when possible . I went there because o was told this is superior to Gran Velas but it was not even comparable. Quality of food did not even get close !!!

We booked a few nights here expecting a calm, luxurious experience. It was far from that. There were more kids at this resort than adults and they occupy ALL pools annd hot tubs all day. The sound of screaming kids goes until 11pm every night and can be heard from inside your room. Also, we were supposed to get an early check in, but ended up getting access at 4pm, which is 1 hour later than standard check in. The staff said this was due to the busy season, which sounds ridiculous when you pay over $1000 per night to stay here. You also have to pay for the internet in order to chromecast your device to the TV. Again, paying over $1000 per night and then having to pay to chrome cast your device is ridiculous. The room service took 2 hours at night to deliver a simple order. We were also woken up every morning by loud cleaners and phone calls from front desk. You can’t sleep in at this resort.

Loved the property , hotel , dinning the only downside is the beach . Manmaid and not very large . Not enough beach and pool chairs for the amount of guests hotel holds

The staff and workers go above and beyond for the people staying at their resort! I have never been treated better! This is a very beautiful resort and a very immaculate faculty. The food and restaurants are very good. I recommend DAO. We loved the breakfast buffet. The best place at the whole resort is the roof top!!! Beautiful infinity pool with gorgeous views! We did all inclusive, however the only complaint is that after each meal you have to wait and sign your check… we brought cash and that’s how we tipped. They never pushed a membership/ timeshare on us… they try to encourage it when you first arrive, but I didn’t feel harassed. Many people their enjoy there membership.. it wasn’t for us at this time. I would definitely go back! It’s a laid back atmosphere and family oriented too. Entertainment might be a little better too. If you’re looking for a beautiful resort to relax and enjoy yourself this is the place!! They’re even building on to the resort.
