非常に悪いホテルです。宿泊することを強くお勧めしません。経営者には職業倫理がありません。予約したデラックスルームは満室を口実に、対応する部屋を手配しませんでした。3回交渉しましたが無駄でした。私たちはしぶしぶチェックインし、帰国後シートリップに苦情を申し立てましたが、シートリップはそのような業者と協力しないことを強くお勧めします。滞在中、部屋の掃除をする人は一人もおらず、シャワーヘッドの高さが1メートルもないため、立ってシャワーを浴びることは不可能でした。これは真実のレビューです。二度と罠を踏まないことを願っています。

とても悪い経験です。水 排水はなく、バスルームのドアは閉まらず、バスルームには電気がありました。

価格的には大丈夫です。しかし、 サービスは良いです。

私の人生で最悪のホテル。悪いwiiの修正が必要で、汚い部屋/手入れが行き届いていない、ゴキブリと一緒に寝たい場合は、そこに行くと、スタッフは私に良いレビューを書くように嫌がらせをします（その後、レビューを変更するためにお金を提案することさえありました）。

部屋は広く、装飾はモダンです。部屋の装飾と広さには9を付けたいと思いますが、5日間滞在しましたが、誰も部屋を掃除しに来ませんでした。ホテルというよりアパートのレンタルのような感じでした。私たちは最初に最下階を与えられ、部屋を変更しなければなりませんでした。スタッフのうち2人は親切でフレンドリーですが、午前中のスタッフは少し失礼で、顧客サービスはゼロです。彼は、エレベーターに照明がないので、子供たちが階段を上がる前にそれを静かにしておくべきだと言いました。ホテルはうるさいし、教会は静かだと言いたかったが、まあまあと言うことにした。全体的に、子供連れでない場合はこの場所をお勧めします。サイズもちょうど良く、デコも素敵です。

All Staff members speak only Turkish, one speaks Arabic. Very difficult to communicate with. Many rooms are underground where you dont have mobile network and no sun enters. You are not allowed to have visitors in your room, and by visitors i mean one friend who was in need to wait one hour in my room for his date nearby.

The service was amazing , it’s a perfect location if you want to go out and you just need a small place to sleep in after a long day out, it’s close to the metro also 3 min away from taksim square and İstiklal Blvd.

They gave us a room without windows in the basement. They had two connecting rooms. We only used one.

One of the best 3* hotels. The service I received was 5*. Stayed here for 2 weeks and the service never faulered. The staff were friendly, always smiling and ever ready to help. Idea location in Taksim, a 2 minute walk to the bus station and the metro rail station. Close to all the attractions that Istanbul has to offer. Definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely be a repeat customer. A big thank you to the staff for treating this foreign visitor with such kindness, you are a credit to the hotel and your beautiful city.
