It was a very bad and unsatisfactory experience I had with Istanberry.I was extremely disappointed with the condition of the studio. It was clear that the studio had not been properly maintained and I did not feel comfortable staying there. When I raised my concerns with the staff, they told me that they don’t have another available apartment to change. I asked them to cancel my booking and refund my money. However, when I requested for the cancellation, I was informed that I would only be refunded for 2 days instead of the full amount. This is completely unacceptable as I did not even stay for a single day and the dirty and the maintenance condition of the studio was not my fault. After that they don’t refund my money and i was in the street in the night looking for another hotel. They think only about money they don’t care about the guest satisfaction.
