ホテルでの最悪の経験。 サービスはフレンドリーで親切ではありませんでした。まず、ホテルでボートツアーを予約し、ドルで支払いましたが、2日間お釣りが来ず、最終日には偽物だと言って「私の100ドル」を返してくれました。しかし、それが私のお金ではないことは間違いありません。10歳の子供でも偽物であることは理解できるからです。それで私は100ドルを失いました。 次に、最終日、夕方にタクシー2台で迎えに来てほしいと頼んだところ、フロントは900リラで車に乗るようにアドバイスし、同時に2台のタクシーはわずか300リラだったので、ありがとうと言いましたが、尋ねましたタクシーは2台くらいです。 夕方、フロントは、すべてのタクシーは別のホテルに行ったので、私たちの車に乗ることに決めた場合、そのような問題は発生しないと言いました。そして、タクシーを捕まえるために道路へ行くように言われました。 荷物を運ぶのを手伝ってくれる人もいません。 廊下の窓からの眺めは美しく、ソフィアがはっきりと見えます。 朝食はおいしいです。 部屋は狭く、一人でも快適ではありません。 部屋の清潔感が悪い。

Nice little hotel in a very good position to be within short walking distance of most key tourist points of interest. Traffic in Istanbul the craziest I've ever seen, but taxis easy to get from the hotel (trams just at the bottom of the road). Very helpful staff. Not much room for clothes storage so perhaps best for shorter stays like ours (4 nights). Excellent breakfast buffet on the roof terrace. Fantastic restaurant just around the corner.

This hotel is convenient to city sites--ten minute walk. The front desk person welcomed us immediately. Hospitality started with early arrival. Desk clerk coordinated everything including pick up at the hotel for tours. The staff also arranged transport to the airport. Scheduled tour guide (and told him to be on time). Friendly, family, accommodating. Good recommendations for wine and food. Beautiful terrace to accommodate the six of us. Good breakfast, which was free. Rooms were comfortable, sparkling clean and cozy. Especially close to the basilica cistern.

Solo trip to Istanbul so location is everything and this hotel was in the perfect location for all the major sites, 5 mins to Aya Sofia, Blue Mosque, Basicilla Cistern with hundreds of restaurants within a few minutes walk too The night I arrived I was put in a triple room as they said they were full but would move me in the morning, the room was 111 and was horrible. However the next day I was moved to 305 which was fine, small but for just me it was fine, hearing the call to prayer early in the morning was amazing Breakfast on the terrace was ok, lots of vegetables and no fresh orange juice! Staff were friendly, and would recommended booking the private transfer to/from the airport, well worth it, you would not want to negotiate public transport on arrival and the traffic congestion is horrendous Would I recommend, yes!

Hello, we were guests of your hotel and we felt really good. We were guided by the receptionist Ersin to various attractions that were worth it, he is an honest receptionist who loves his job. I have had a wonderful 9 day stay at this gem. Amazing location very close to Hagia Sophia. The room is clean and comfortable, shower is full on with plentiful hot water. Wifi very strong and reliable. Buffet, all you can eat breakfast, on the beautiful roof terrace was excellent. So many choices and all so fresh. The hotel team are outstanding : helpful, efficient and friendly. I'll be back!

We have been to Istanbul a number of times. During our last trip there (summer 2023), we discovered The Zeynep Sultan Hotel. It is a little gem in the Old Section of the city, just a block or two from the Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, and so many other historic sites. We highly recommend it for those who want to be near "everything" but who don't want to spend a fortune. There are other hotels in the area, fancier and more expensive, but this place offered everything we needed for a better price. The rooms we stayed in were clean and cozy (not oversized), and air-conditioned; there was ample hot water in the shower and a water kettle for tea in the rooms. One needs to be able to walk up a flight of stairs to get to some of the rooms (we don't recall an elevator for guests, but the hotel's staff was always there to assist with luggage, and there may have been rooms on the ground floors, but ours were up one level). Also, one should note that the street where the hotel is located is historic (ancient!), beautiful, narrow, hilly, cobblestoned, and therefore not the easiest for large vans or buses to get to (so we recommend you leave a little extra time for transportation matters). The staff we interacted with all spoke fluent English. In the mornings, we enjoyed an ample buffet breakfast on their rooftop patio, which overlooks the city (we enjoyed watching a variety of beautiful birds gather on the adjacent rooftop to take advantage of the breadcrumbs and small food scraps [nothing messy] which the staff lovingly fed them – no wasting of food, which we appreciated seeing). And after each day exploring the city, it was wonderful to return to the hotel for their afternoon tea-time, which offered complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate, cookies, and other treats. Honestly, and without exaggeration, our stay was perfect – historic and beautiful, and at a price we could afford. Thank you to the hotel and its staff for their kind hospitality and generous spirits. We highly recommend the Zeynep Sultan Hotel and hope to be able to again book rooms there during our next stay in Istanbul.

Zeynep Sultan Hotel is the perfect place to stay when visiting Istanbul. The staff are welcoming and extremely helpful , they will help you plan your days and give you great tips about the city . The rooms are neat and cozy and the breakfast is tasty . The location is absolutely perfect for exploring all the sights in Istanbul . All in all , I would 100% recommend 👌

Great location, few minutes walk to the Hagia Sophia, staff was really friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable, meat products for breakfast were not the best but cheese was perfect, and we also liked honey in honeycomb. All in all it was worth it!
