アドラ ホテル(Adora Hotel)

Disgusting experience. My money was stolen from hotel's room. When we reported this to the staff they started manipulating and lying to us. They were saying "this is not our problem", didn't call the police, didn't alowed us to closely review the camera footage, didn't even try to help us. After three day's of insisting we finally spoke to the manager (not ever sure it was the real one) who was extremely rude and unproffesional. On the last day they asked us to sign a declaration that they were not guilty of anything. To sum up, the worst customer service in my life. Real cheaters. You do the math who stole my money... We also found out that some keys can unlock many rooms. We reported this but the personnel tried to find excuses and say that this is not their problem either (I have a video proof but it's not possible to upload it. Feel free to contact me if you're in doubt, can send it). The room was not cleaned every day, the sheets, blankets and towels were dirty, wifi didn't work all the time. I wouldn’t be surprised if all the 5 star reviews are written from them (as someone already mentioned before).

The rooms are very clean and hygienic. The location is close to all touristic places in Istanbul. The breakfast consists of a very delicious open buffet. I recommend it to everyone. I will visit again soon.

We chose this hotel mainly for its location (right next to Gulhane Park and close to the major attractions of Sultanahmet). As my group of five needed three rooms, its affordability was a major attraction as well. In general, the hotel was very good. It is very centrally located, though it is hard to be dropped off or picked up directly in front on the hotel. Breakfast was decent. And staff were very helpful. I am generally impressed with the level of quality of independent hotels and restaurants in Turkey. It seems that you can't go wrong, though maybe that's because we are able to choose from a plethora of options.

The stay was great, room was very good and very clean. Staff is very nice and helpful. The hotel is near everything, you can go everywhere by foot. Food was okay, hotel is warm. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The location is excellent. Very convenient to get around Gullane tram Station is at the front door.. plenty of places nearby to shop and eat at.the hotel itself was pleasant.. the staff Ahmet,Abdullah,Ali,Omar and the girls were all fabulous..polite and very helpful.. especially Omar who helped us book an excellent Hamam trip..the housekeeping was Second to none with Anisa making sure our rooms were cleaned daily along with changing the beddings.. making it so relaxing to come back to after your day out.we had an issue with our room light although it was resolved promptly..Overall everything thing was great.. I would encourage Adora Hotel to Improve on the breakfast menu by adding more hot foods although it was good value for money. I'd like thank all the staff at Adora for a wonderful memorable experience.. I would use again and recommend to others..

Check out the reviews on google. More and more people sharing the same experience we had. We arrived at the hotel and they told us that they did not have the rooms we booked. They offered us to take us with their own car to another hotel they claimed they had. Situation was not feeling comfortable and we declined to get in the car with them to drive somewhere we did not know. then they told us to leave, we had just arrived in Istanbul with the family including kids, and we are left without hotel, having to search for a place last minute to spend the night. Really bad experience.

If you read the other comments, you’ll see it’s common for them to put people in another hotel room for one night. The room they put us and did not accommodate me and my two children and wife. They did require us to pay in cash which is unheard of in 2022. Some of the hotel staff were helpful, while others were kinda of shady. One time we tried to eat lunch there, and I did not receive my meal. Afterwards, I asked to cancel my dish and we were yelled at by the hotel staff and accused of taking up an hour at their table. We were literally staying at the hotel, eating a meal, so that was a head scratcher. But people like this are typical for that area of Istanbul. You’re gonna deal with a lot of riff raft and refugees who are just angry at life. The location is ideal, close to all the tourist attractions, so it has that going for it. That said you’re going to deal with a lower class of people Who are praying on tourist, and have no conscience to overcharge them for things. The breakfast was subpar. All that said we actually extended our stay there by one night, so it wasn’t the end of the world. Just buyer beware.

Very delicious food, plenty of meat, melting in the mouth, very friendly staff, free tea, deal with you as valuable customer, I recommend this Restaurant for everyone visit Istanbul. I am impressed to find such a delicious food.

The staff were good and the restaurant was quite nice however there was too much noise, you can hear doors closing and opening all day, you can also hear taps turning on and off. There is also no warm water, I had to request for a kettle to have access to warm water and was told they have no kettles. Breakfast was also included however there isnt much for offer as the breakfast included burnt tea and old bread.
