We stayed for 5 nights in this hotel. Every thing was great. You feel at home. All the staff are very friendly and helpful especially Mr. Boris. The location is very nice and near the mall. We enjoyed staying in 3 bedrooms apartment.

Rooms and bathrooms doors cant be loucked

The best hotel experience ever. I travel a lot and really so far nothing compares, with what my stay at Radisson Residence Vadistan was. The way I was greeted from the very first moment was a special and warm. Warm Turkish people melted my heart. Cab driver incidentally dropped us at the Collection instead of Residence. As I arrived immobile, didn’t know where I am and what to do. A 2 minutes later there is a bell boy Mr. Oktay, Hero on a golf cart with a wheelchair for me. He smiles, he says “Welcome my dear friend” and life is much better. Oktay a first greeter and hotels front line. Receptionists ready for me. Check in smoothest ever. No stress related to registration nor payment. English level skills above any expectation. As you come to a new country ill, full of fears, what else you may wish besides your health, but to be welcomed and feel like home. These people made me feel like home. Breakfast: as we are entering, waiters are setting table for wheelchair, very discreet and extremely helpful. Finding a table with as nicer view as possible. As I enjoy the view, my orange juice, water and coffee is ready. As I’m finishing breakfast platter of dried fruit and nuts is on my table. Wet wipes. Hakan and Aref (sorry if I misspelled names) every morning brought smile to my face helping me to better recovery. Discretely approaching our table Mrs. Ikram, from Guest Relations , asking how I am doing. Wishing me to get well soon. Very patient, polite, young women. She said I can count on her if I need anything that she can help me to get better and to feel at home. Our morning talks were highlight of my stay. Room cleaning service unbelievable. My main housekeeper Mercan and hear teammates Emran (there was one more person) are superb. Each time they do something special for me, so I knew it was them. I can tell each time they were off and someone else was taking care of room. “Thank you, card,” pleased them so much so they took picture of it. Flawless stay. Last but not the least: location of the hotel and apartment set up are outstanding. For me from now to the rest of my life this will be only place to stay in Istanbul and I plan a lot of trips. As an experienced traveler I can tell you that even the location is a perfect. Somehow between old and new Istanbul from this location, you are any place of interest in Istanbul. Within 10km, depending on traffic 12-30 minutes away or 5-20 Euros by taxi. This distance and taxi price covers all landmarks. From The Blue Mosque, Bosphorus bridge, Galata Tower; Dolmabahce Palace; Taksim; Topkapi; Grand Bazaar. The most distanced is Suleymane the Mosque11 km. Having in mind that this is a one bedroom apartment with fully equipped kitchen; including dishwasher and washer and dryer you do not need to worry about food. Well supplied supermarket Migros is a 2 minutes away. Modern shopping center with food court and lot of restaurants within 7 minutes walk. Beautiful French boulangerie on a doorstep. Famous steak

Ive ordered food at the nabour restaturant Meat Moot from a menu with no price's, Online I could see the price should be between 750 or 1400 and the receptionist told me around 1000 TL.. I tould him I only need as little potion as possiple and at least max 500 g. But Ive got 1000 g and a bill at 1600 LT. I tried to complain but no solution. On top of that the food was very bad and the meat was 50% fat. but that ofcarse is not yuor fault.. only recomendation from here, dont recomment that place to your customers anymore, becaurse it makes you stand in bad situation.

The location, the place itself and everything else was really good, I enjoyed my stay it was memorable and excellent, I diffidently will recommend this hotel to others, and I will revisit there if I was in Istanbul

Enjoyed the service, the spacious apartment, room facilities, the location, the view, nice mall and restaurants nearby, metro station nearby, supermarket, politeness of staff, quick house service, comfortable bed

Besides the view, u got a a mall for clothing ect. nearby and exceptional food around you. Even delivery. The room was like living at home. Everything you need for kitchen, spacey living room, WLAN, shower was 😎. I wish I had time to go into the swimming pool.
