Very nice and clean hotel only problem was the main hotel was renovating and the signs were in Turkish language so didn’t understand where to go to start with but once located it was easy to find

Not a newly furnished or renovated hotel and not in perfect condition but the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, which made up for it.

L’hôtel est horrible à déconseiller. Déjeuner médiocre. Chambre sale. Ne vaut pas son prix juste la situation. Plus jamais je n’y reviendrai ou le conseillerais.

A fuite!!! On nous a attribue pendant 2 jours une chambre horrible au fond d’un couloir dans le sous sol on étouffait de chaleur une chasse d’eau cassé donc toilettes qui coule avec un bruit de moteur h24! Un petit dej déplorable tout est mélanger et sale le 2ème jour je suis tombé sur un cheveux dans la nourriture , le café imbuvable… Vraiment je déconseille cet hôtel nous a rendu malade pendant tout le séjour!!!

Hotel is very near all historical places of Istanbul but condition of hotel and breakfast is disappointing. Secondly not very helpful to provide services etc. Didn't like our stay here.

Awful. Rooms smell very bad and are located in bad spots. Nothing like in the pictures. I did not get what I paid for. Do not believe the room pictures. Breakfast is poor as well. No customer service at all

We booked this hotel because of it is close to the Bazar and old Mosques area and from the photos it looked nice. But the photos were taken long time ago for the best view and best room they had. The hotel was old and not well maintained, the staff were rude. At the front desk once he saw that we booked through ********** he gave us the worst 2 rooms in the hotel, the rooms were old and smelled bad. The A/C didn't work and he had to adjust it to work and the next day we asked to be changed to another room they said No, we cannot do it. The bed sheets had holes in them. The towels were very old (I think it was used since 1984 when they started the business) they were worn off and some towels had holes in it. The bathroom is very old and in the morning you cannot get hot water shower unless you wake up very early or shower later in the day. The staff keeps looking at you whenever you go out and believe it or not they asked us where are you going? They were so nosy. They wanted to get everything through the hotel, trips taxi, anything should be through the hotel.
