We arrive to the hotel at 8:30 , then we prefer to put the luggage on the reception, then the female staff told us there are available room on 9:30, therefore we we wait the room.
unfortunately the reception change the other shift staff, the reception manager Mr. UFuk unpolite and talk to us very loudly,he say he did not provide us any room .
After I told him I will complain his attitude and unprofessional service to ISG group, then he walk around to me and shout give my passport to him, I reply him I already check in 8:30, Finally he give the room to me,after checking the confirmation that I point out he input my information was wrong .He say he put the wrong information is his matter, no need change correct.
After enter the room, we check there are no hot water on shower and three dirty glass outside my door.we try to call the operation but in vain.
Then we call Mr . U Fuk again , he say he did not have time to talk to me and he say he is senior, no one can complain him.
Therefore we really hope ISG group can investigate the case.
