The coziest place i have ever stayed at! Rooms were clean, they cleared snow daily and the service was friendly. It is officially my location of choice for when ever i visit jackson

Good stay. Weather *****ping on the front door to cabin was worn out, other than that good stay .

Eaay to get to. Great cozy cabins at a good price so close to town. Restaurants and stores are within a few minutes. This is my 2nd visit and will be back again.

We booked a deluxe cabin but they moved us to a Grand Teton Cabin (no pets). It wasn't an issue for us because we weren't traveling with dogs. However, we were traveling with a group (with people with dogs) and were planning to hang out in the cabin together... that wasn't able to happen which made a damper on my trip. The lights in our bedroom were also not working when we entered the cabin and it took us a few days before we realized they were just not plugged in. I would still stay here again, I just wish they would make sure they don't move us to a different cabin then we booked.

However, our stay was marred by several issues. Upon arrival, we found a large hairball in the shower and the toilet appeared as if it hadn’t been cleaned for some time, raising concerns about the overall cleanliness. Additionally, we encountered problems with the internet connection, which was frustrating. The peacefulness of our stay was also disrupted by loud partygoers nearby, which disturbed our sleep late at night. Lastly, the service at the front desk was underwhelming; the gentleman there wasn’t very welcoming. Despite the fantastic location and ambiance, these drawbacks significantly affected our overall satisfaction.”

Loved the property for its village like setting. The staff at the front desk were cold & unapproachable, but no incidents to report.

The place to stay in Jackson vs. a stuffy hotel room. Very nice finishes in my cabin. Man of the big hotels in town makes you feel like you are back home in the big city. Stay at The Village and get the real west experience.

This is such a nice place to stay- so many options, privacy, the "cabin feel" but the shower and amenities were modern and great. The pool was warm and enjoyable, hottub was nice. Just over so easy going and great location. The front desk young gal is nice. The older guy is SO CRANKY! We loved cooking outside, having a sofa bed that was comfy, the shower was so fancy! Just so great! would stay here again
