The tv didnt work and the pillows were lumpy like they were 10 yrs old and the blanket had tears in them. To put it simply i will never stay at this hotel again

Roach infested dirty smells the manger which is ms Debra didn’t care to give accommodations will b recommended hotel b close down

Friendly staff and later breakfast on weekends was excellent. Fast and easy check in and hotel was easy to find and secure. Best rate and value in Jackson by far.

The place smelled like ****. I had to clean the bath tub and toilet before i could use them. The sheets had dirt and debris in them from where they hadn’t been changed. I had to ask for new sheets and then remake the bed. There was a layer of dust covering the room. The only clean thing was the inside of the refrigerator. The ac was on its last leg. There weren’t very many people there, and it’s very clear why. I paid through *******. When i got home they had charged the card i had on file for the deposit upon check in for the stay that i had already paid for. Then the clerk accidentally charged my card again while trying to recall the transaction when I called about it.

There were Mole in the bathroom around the sink. Bathroom door look like it was kicked in you could not close it. Bathroom smelled of urine. Floors was dirty. Could not find night staff to stock the bathroom with tissue. ************ and users in the front lobby. Hallway smelled of *****. There were no breakfast even though it was advertised. I would never recommend this hotel

On arrival we were placed in a room that had a broken AC. It also hadn’t been cleaned after the las occupant. The building smells like water damaged carpet and urine. We were then placed in a second room that had zero linens. Beds were not made and no towels in the bath. Also dirty: the third room finally had AC as well as linens, but no shower curtain in the bath. And again, dirty. The worst stay I’ve ever had. There were several occupants along with myself having to fight for the simplest of amenities near midnight.

I have pictures of dirty sheets, burn holes in bedspread,dirty pillows, plaster on curtins, pee on toilet from a man. The 3rd floor and part of seccond floorbspells so bad of pot, i got sick. Wires coming oit of coffee pot cord. Ac does not work. Terrible, we are exhausted that we cant get back on the interstate. Scared to complain to front desk in fear of being messed with. Worst Place i have ever stayed at.

Extremely kind ,very personal treatment at this property. The staff is wonderful and they go above and beyond with guest services. Change is good. Thanks Management and staff . The rooms could use a little touch up but overall, this hotel was pleasant
