Great hotel with a lovely staff. The location is perfect. Couldn't have asked for a better vacation hotel

This property was a joy to experience, it was well maintained, the staff was attentive and professional. The amenities were outstanding.

Modern look, clean, right on the beach. Excellent service, however the food at the snack bar was subpar.

Fairly new property. Very clean and the staff was pleasant. Beach access is a plus… however, that drop down from the ramp to the beach could use some work. But if it were too much of a challenge, you can just walk down to the next hotels access. breakfast was good … nice variety. I would definitely return

Overall it was a decent experience. The hotel was very clean. Although the noise factor was a deal breaker. The walls seemed really thin. Could not sleep due to the people walking above. Also they were prepping for the air show. And there was alot a people at night. If your on the front of the building facing the road. Be prepared to hear it all. I think it all calmed down around 2am. And the bed wasn't the most comfortable. In all it was in a great location and the scenery was very nice. I really value my rest. And that night i didn't. I will retuen to jacksonville beach. But will find a more secluded spot. Now for the bad. When arriving onsite. I spoke with Will. I ask will is it mandatory that i use valet. And he told me it was mandatory. Later that night i received a charge on my card for a dollar amount that was suspicious. So the next morning at check out. I asked the guy behind the counter was it mandatory to use valet. And he said no. I explained that this was what i was told when i arrived. He stated he should not have use those terms. I think that if you are gonna have valet at the hotel. Please make sure people know this at the time of booking. I dont like strangers in my vehicle. But was told it was policy.

We arrived on Sunday and parking was difficult unless you pay $28 for valet. Monday through Thursday is free parking across from hotel in public parking. Friday through Sunday you must pay by hour via website to park. First night was loud because of college kids partying and nearby bars with thumping music until around midnight. We had ocean view and the smoke and smells keep us from enjoying the balcony. Then Monday came and it was great the rest of our stay. The college kids were gone the thumping music was gone and the beach was awesome.

Brand new and lovely, all staf especially REN at Valet was so kind and personable!

We had a corner room that was very big. The bed was really comfortable. The pool area and bar were great. Walking distance to multiple restaurants. Car valet was quick-just texted the number and car was pulled up very quickly. Front desk staff were courteous and helpful.

Pros - good location on beach, friendly staff Cons - strong sewer smell throughout hotel was nauseating, hurricane patio doors difficult to open/close, floors being cleaned all week limiting space to sit or eat breakfast, loud bar music every night across the street and 2nd night of our stay there was a young man shot & killed across the street on sidewalk which was extremely traumatizing since it was viewable from our patio with law enforcement, detectives & media in place during our visit 😢😢
