Rude day front desk clerk!! Walls are paper thin - you hear EVERYTHING around you! And I mean EVERYTHING - walking, bathroom sounds, bedroom sounds and oh my - people playing music ALL NITE LONG! You complain about the music and nothing gets done. Do believe their is some illegal activity in some of the rooms. Can't prove it, but I have eyes! This is a extended stay and apar**ents, as well as short term like a hotel. We stayed 2 nights - NEVER AGAIN! The only bright spot was the Evening Desk Clerk - lovely and nice gentleman, the girl during the day - BI$CH.

Nicely set up room. Perfect for extended stay. The room has everything you could need. The interstate traffic behind is loud and you can hear hallway noise. Very nice staff. And brand new.

This was a spur of the moment trip. When I went to book a hotel Water Walk was my first choice. Unfortunately, they were sold out. I had to choose another hotel with a similar price. It wasn’t even close to the condition of Water Walk. After my first night elsewhere I checked and saw that Water Walk had an opening. I checked out of where I had, had to settle. I went straight to Water Walk and was very pleased. Water Walk was so much cleaner, better lit, felt safer, better location, and a ton more updated.

Room was small but had washer and dryer which I needed during my stay. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Hotel is a bit out of the way for walking but it is in great condition so I would stay there again. Pool was closed which I did not know before booking.

Thank you to the staff of Water Walk for making my stay a pleasant experience. Everyone was professional, friendly & helpful. The rooms were clean. Felt safe there & enjoyed the quiet location that offered extras like an outside fireplace. Would highly recommend this hotel to others.

I was looking for a new hotel for a reasonable price for my weekend business trip to Jacksonville. So happy I found this. Booked the studio suite. Came fully equipped with everything you could need. Breakfast not included, but you are literally minutes from St. Johns Town Center (where you have shops, restaurants and more) and easy access to I-295. I will definitely book this hotel again.
