ジャフナ ヘリテージ ヴィラ(Jaffna Heritage Villa)

We stayed at the villa from January 2024 to March 2024. The staff at the villa were very helpful and friendly and did everything they could to make sure that we felt comfortable. They were available to answer any questions at any time of the day and when we needed any amenities they were quick to provide us with what we needed. The room was spacious and clean. They offered us cleaning every second day but we didn't need that so they told us to let them know when we needed cleaning and they would do it then. The cleaning staff were really thorough at what they did and the room was spotless after they had cleaned it. When we needed extra towels or water or tea/coffee they provided us no questions asked. The villa felt very homely when we stayed there and I would recommend this place to anyone whether it be for short term stay or longer stay.

I have staying more months . It’s a nice place. The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained , roomy with excellent service. Room itself is well equipped and comfortable. Inside the room they have TV and all other facilities including coffee/tea, water, kettle, fridge etc. They have breakfast facilities, The breakfast is delicious and have a great variety of options . All the staff are very friendly and helpful. They make stay so comfortable and safety. The location is perfect close to all temples. towns , shops and hospitals. I would recommend this place to stay.

my family and I had a pleasant time at Jaffna Heritage Villa. Would like to thank the staff for making the extra effort to ensure our stay was hassle-free. The hospitality was the icing on the top that brought this colonial villa to life. The Indus Valley artefacts that the villa boasts are a clear testament to the Tamil culture that the property preserves.

The villa was a beautiful getaway filled with artefacts within colonial architecture. The wall murals were absolutely beautiful and the villa has been beautifully furnished. Breakfast was outstanding and had a wide spread of local delicacies. The rooms were spotless and I found them very spacious. They were well-equipped. Good Air conditioning and copious amounts of hot water in the shower. The staff right from the time of check-in were helpful and welcoming. We were greeted by refreshing welcome drinks, an absolute need for the hot summers. 10/10 would recommend this place for anyone considering to visit Jaffna.

It is located near to Nallur temple, easy access to every where. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, staff are super nice and friendly, vegetarian breakfast was delicious and feeling of really jaffna food taste. We definitely recommend this place and hope to visit again soon. Thanks all.

This is really lovely peaceful villa with friendly staff. We stayed two nights with family during Christmas and the rooms we stayed in had a unique style with beautiful wall arts. The location very near to Nallur temple and easy access other places too. Clean and comfortable rooms and entire villa. Staff in the villa were very helpful with friendly manner. Highly recommend 👌

Arrived here in the pouring rain. They wanted to charge us more than the online price. We booked online and then we’re told we need to go down the road to their hotel to check in. The room was in disrepair. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was nice. The bathroom was dated and the door was broken. The shower was hot. The WiFi was good. Unfortunately there were many huge cockroaches in the room. It was awful. We had to go to the hotel up the road for our breakfast. This was not great either. We were very dissatisfied

Rooms are very clean and beautifully decorated, love the arts which very informative about the Tamil culture. Very helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommend this place who really want to feel Heritage.thank you all.

We came for Nallur temple festival and Villa by walking distance to Nallur temple, Staff was very hospitable and supportive of our requests and was willing to assist us at all times.The food was typical Jaffna style and delicious. feel home away home because of friendly staff and their caring.
