"最悪の場所です。外国人は絶対に行かないでください。予約した部屋を予約するためにお金を受け取っており、予約した日に着いたら予約は確定していないので出て行けと言われました。予約確認書を見せましたが、相手にされませんでした。前払い金を請求したところ、マネージャーが電話で怒鳴りつけました。前払い金も返金されていません。Muthuというマネージャーがいて、会計士が客の金を密かに持ち出して逃げています。2024年9月14日と15日の長い週末にコロンボから旅行したので、場所も空いていないのにジャフナ通りに滞在しました。予約証明書も添付しました。彼らは客のお金を騙し取って、何事もなかったかのように逃げています。客は別の場所を探すか、家族と一緒に夜はジャフナ通りに滞在する必要があります。"

"Stayed at Jaffna Casa Hotel for 7 days, during my stay, the room was. Clean, spacious and comfortable. And air conditioned work well, which made the room pleasant to relax in. The bathroom was neat and came with basic toiletries and fresh towels."

"The location is excellent as its walking distance to the train station, bus stand and shops. The atmosphere is very budget type. Considering its pricing its definitely a budget hotel and should be reviewed as such too. For a budget hotel they gave us a very clean room and a clean bathroom. The fittings are a bit old. It had hot water but never used it because of the high temperatures in Jaffna. I think its value for what they offer. Do not book with breakfast because you are at their mercy at what is provided. I thought the breakfast was below par. Service and the staff are excellent. Nice, friendly, and accommodating. The pictures are from a long time back. The place looked a bit run down. We did not mind as we spent most of the time sight seeing and only came to sleep. For that purpose this was great."
