Appalling. On 2nd night there was a RAT (MOUSE) in our friends room on the same floor 431. Having informed reception they were moved to another room on the same floor near the gym. We were helping them with moving stuff- on my entering 420 room I spotted movement of something running across, I informed the staff member who was helping with the move (think it was Amit). He was on the floor looking under the bed with his torch when the RAT darted out from under the bed and ran across the room. HI screamed and jumped on the bed. This is a total heath and safety issue. The hotel has a a rat infestation. This was the end of our holiday- the rest of the stay we could not settle and had a sleepless night. We were not happy to even dine in the restaurant as the kitchen could also be a health issue. On questioning another member of staff we understand that this hotel had a rat issue- why was nothing done about it? The hotel should be CLOSED, pest control and safety issues dealt with. It HAS to be cleared by health officials before being opened to guests. AMIT CONFIRMED HE SAW THE RODENT HIMSELF. Our friends who booked independently via another booing site have taken photographs which they will be forwarding. We felt absolutely sick on leaving the hotel and the rest of our stay in Jaipur was marred by this experience as we were suffering from sickness and diarrhoea. We de***d a full REFUND ON OUR STAY as it was a horrifying experience and was a risk to our health.

Very kind and polite staff. Great location. There is a swimming pool at the rooftop but couldn’t use during the day since there is no shade and closes at 7pm.

Experience very good to stay staff so good and one of your staff Mr Ankit verma he is very nice person location is so good food very good like wow service so good I think everyone stay in this property because in cost wise this property so good thank you so much for your service

I have enjoyed a lot with my family. Hotel room and services are amazing.. thanks to Mr. Jethu singh for his kind hospitality at each point. We will surely visit again to the place.. breakfast was so tasty. Staff was so cooperative.. thank you

It was superb experience, we stay there for 2 night everything was excellent restaurant ambiance was amazing, services was excellent and food also , special I like Mt.Pavan behaviour, we feel like a home so nice person, nice hospitality keep it well done,

Excellent place to chill. Very nice and comfortable rooms, super good and massive breakfast buffet, Roof top swimming pool, multi functional gym and a loaded bar. and the best part is the location. I spend a weekend with my family and it was fun.

Staff was very good food excellent each and every thing was great we really enjoy our stay thanks a lot thanks to all we definitely recommend this hotel thanks to all staff again to make our stay memorable we will suggest to our friends and relatives

Drainage of bathroom is open & insects are coming out and moving around the room & Very dirty & unhygienic bathroom,observed vomit inside the sink and it’s going 12 .15 am almost and still waiting for room cleaning after several reminders to hotel staff !

I would like to share that this property offers the most comfortable, pleasant and relax ed holiday experience. Special thanks the front office team for a quick and smooth check in and check out experience and rooms are neat and clean thanks to housekeeping team and the Chef for the variety and delicious food. My recommendation please visit and stay, when you are in Jaipur.
