Pathetic service and the worst hospitality, they denied us checkin even after having a valid booking id even after confirming with them 1 hour before arriving. The ***ager and staff is mean and they dont know how to treat the guests. They asked us and we were forced to pay Rs 2000 extra to check-in has they were booked and we had come all the way to their hotel at an odd timing and we had no other options as well.

Washroom are not soo well mentained by the hotel cleaning was good amd room was also proper clean they don’t place all amenities like lotion and all in room and staff was nice they need to fix their washroom and room

Very pathetic, We have stayed at thier hotel for 2 days and right from the beginning till we checked out all the services were so so bad. Please never book this hotel because the photograph which shown and the reality is very different, the entire hotel is so dusty And the food omg ! We never had pathetic food than this before ( no taste,no salt nothing) and the staff was even worst , they behave like they have been forced to do their work and we are their trouble . And last we have 1.5 year baby so we have asked for Khichdi and I clearly mentioned that it is for my baby so do not put chilly and while checking out they have charged 500 and said you never said it is for baby I mean why do they even lie on the face. Please I request you never book this hotel again

We checked on 30th Night and we paid for that day. Person at reception attended us we told him that we are here for 31st night also but for that we had already word with ur ***ager and we had confirmation on whtsapp about that room. In mrng after breakfast when we went to reception and told them that please change our rooms. Then the person at reception told that you have to talk to our ***ager. Then ***ager came he told us that he gave our booked room to someone else already and we have to checkout from the hotel. They totally harrased us. Bcoz might they gave our room to someone else just bcoz they paid some extra amount from us. Choki Dhani Palace doesnt care about customers. The ***ager is also very unprofessional. They ran only after money. Bcoz after having breakfast when i went out to sit in sunlight for some time. ***ager met me at entry gate and asked me that r you staying with us tonight. I replied yes we r. Then he said ok. But after he gave our booked room to someone else. Even the breakfast is having very limited options. Even the breakfast is not upto mark. Also dont go on images. Hotel is totally oppostite it showed in images. It is only 10% of images.

Best hospitality displayed by the hotel staff. Each staff has been groomed to behave well and make the customer feel like the king. Rooms are clean and the place is centrally located for going to Tanot mata ***dir and the Indian border with Pakistan

The place is a about 2 kms from the city and 3 kms from the fort. But the entire city of Jaisalmer is about 3 kms. No public transport is available near the hotel. Room size decent. Dinner and Breakfast spread is decent, only Veg menu. The Staff is decent and cooperative.

Chokhi Dhani Palace, Jaisalmer was a stopover for us for our further travel to their Desert Camps. We finalized this place since it was our first visit to Rajasthan and having had prior experience with the Chokhi Dhani group we felt this would be a safe bet. The place is a luxurious accommodation. Rooms are well maintained with clean and hygienic maintenance. Although, their facility of extra beds is still outdated - they do not provide fold-in beds, as are available in most hotels these days. Their menu options are hugely influenced by Rajasthani cuisine - daal, baati, churma is a default with other options. One flipside is that it hosts a vegetarian restaurant with a modest option of eggs only for non-vegetarians. Other than this the facilities, hospitality, and guidance about nearby tours were well-***aged and quite satisfactory.

Situated outside Jaisalmer (Jodhpur Rd)this hotel though claims name of famous Chokhi Dhani group, but severely lacks that standard of service and class. Food is obnoxiously priced and is not at all worth it. If you are travelling with family and without your own car, then beware, you won’t find ANYTHING near the Hotel. It’s absolutely secluded.
