I never remember to write reviews, so this is probably my sole review after roaming around India for a month - but this is with good reason. This is the one place i stayed in India, that i will definitely revisit if i ever find myself in Jaisalmer again! The rooms are great and clean, the view from the terrace is terrific and i actually successfully ordered proper strong coffee - but the real treat is the people working here, who are just amazing, easy to talk to, and will do what they can to make sure that you have a great experience and feel at home ＜3

Greatly exceeded our expectations, Great room and staff are super helpful and very nice Nice views Very good breakfast too. Very little the AC remote had no batteries and we wasn't plugged. No big deal fixed instantly. We only ate there once in the evening. But had some nice chill time on the roof with a few beers

Great stay at open road. Staff were lovely. Good location. Rooms were comfortable and there was good hot water. I did the non/tourist safari tour as it was lots of fun. Hostel also have nice food and very good chai. I would recommend to other solo travellers.

Great hotel in a great location, walking distance to the fort. Beautiful room and bathroom equipped with everything needed for a perfect stay - including a heater for any chilly nights. Friendly, helpful staff who couldn't do enough to help. Hope to visit again.

Property needs some repair. Very basic. Nowhere to hang towels as towel rack broken and hanging off. No face washer. No hand towel. The view is not what is advertised as there are buildings obstructing the view of the fort. Don't book for the view. If you want a good view of fort go to Lal Garh a 2 minute walk away that has a roof top restaurant. Food was good. Laundry service good. Otherwise comfortable stay once the heater was working (had to ask 3 times). Hot water unreliable.

This charming, elegant Haveli is a gem. It’s spotlessly clean, the common areas are outstandingly beautiful as are the rooms. The rooms are beautifully decorated, spacious with a super comfortable bed, lovely bathroom with huge towels and hot water. There is a small fridge and the wifi works great. Plus you could not ask for kinder more attentive staff. It’s situated in a charming area, just a 10 min stroll ***** a lovely shop filled lane to the fort. It also has a fabulous rooftop restaurant and the very reasonable price includes breakfast. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there, in fact it’s the nicest stay I have had in all of India.

We had a pleasant stay at this pleasant place ! Being centrally located, you can walk to most places of interest including the fort. Rooms were really cozy and well furnished, especially the heater came in very handy. You cannot fit a third person in this category of rooms. And if you book another one, it will be on a different floor. Food is fine, nothing very great to write about. But they can customize pretty well. Staff is courteous, but the main cook can get impatient if he is directly taking orders. They can also arrange cabs for pickup and drop, which again came in handy for us.

A lovely and relaxing place to stay where all your needs are taken care of. The view was lovely of the fortress and surrounding area. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a lovely stay. The rooms were delightful, a pleasant refuge, especially in comparison to other similarly priced accommodations. It was the only hotel we were fully satisfied with throughout our stay in India.

An absolutely top hotel with an excellent level of service. The camel safari is particularly recommended - this was excellent value and Uka, Puna, Dennis and Bharat were extremely able, approachable and professional members of staff with good English. One of the best parts about the safari was the quality of the food and camp site provided, plus the fact that they did not bring tourists to any souvenir shops to try and sell them things. They also showed us other things such as a fort and an abandoned village. Highly recommended, especially the overnight one so that you get to stay out with the stars. A big thank you to all the staff at the hotel and on the camel safari!
