Hotel Desert Tulip

The ambiance was perfect... I had the best time out there... We enjoyed The well maintained and furnished pleasure given by the hotel.. The staff was genre!! Overall the experience was good and memorable.. I highly recommend people to visit...

We arrived here as part of a tour hoping to get a decent room, as so far on our trip we hadn't. From the outside the opulence and stone work is fabulous 👌 The courtyard setting with gardens and swimming pool make you feel you are somewhere really special. However, once you arrive at your room it's mot great I'm afraid. The room we went to first had a large crack in the mirror and a dirty carpet by the window room 106, so we asked to change and got room 107. My mother was desperate to lie down so we accept ed the room. It looked nothing like any pictures we had seen on the website! Grubby floor and tiles. Greyish looking towels and bedding. Paint peeling off the walls. 3 coat hangers in the wardrobe, no toiletries in the bathroom and the noisiest badly working air con machine. The restaurant is fairly basic too but the staff were very good. Needless to say we are looking forwards to our departure.

Room cleanliness not at all good , hot water availability is an issue. No place for keeping soap/shampoo while taking shower in the bathing closet . Management was found rude with attitude. Gym decently equipped but kept in unserviceable condition by management .only on request they open it and no staff deputed to clean it daily . Food spread is not at all good , everywhere cost cutting attitude was shown by the management. Overall other than front facade nothing is upto the desired standard as per the charges.

Greatly provided from hotel staff and the staff was also very polite and humble, the quality of food was excellent and the overall experience was magnificently peaceful and the ambience also added to it, Mr. Naren (general manager) and their team made our trip memorable with their highly skilled and perfect management

One of the best hotels so far on our trip. We were greeted by the wonderful Preety who offered us a great service and nothing was too much trouble. Our rooms were clean and comfortable and our food was first class with lots of choice. I would highly recommend.

Great hotel with super pool in the inner courtyard - tastefully built with local stone. Great buffet dinner, comfortable room and very helpful staff starting with Pritti on reception who went out of her way to make our stay so enjoyable. Thanks very much!

Stay is very nice..breakfast and dinner buffet is awesome..rooms and property is very spacious and gives you luxury feel..staff of the property is very coperative and room service is very fast..location of property is very good and easily accessible..
