I chose this place to stay based on reviews and I must say I made the right choice. I enjoy cozy and quiet places. This is an adult only place with 7 rooms - well designed and perfect for a quiet get away. My hosts Aju and Kapil are now my friends. Aju had made very tasty dinner for us on de***d and Kapil accompanied us to visit different monuments and fort. They were attentive and went out of their way to make our stay memorable and comfortable. I would visit again just to meet them and chat with them. Lovely rooftop setup for breakfast/lunch/dinner and food is prepared on de***d. Place is in close vicinity from fort and other landmarks.

The most unique experience you’ll have. I wasn’t expecting such a beautiful place in this budget in Jaisalmer and during December. Such homely vibes. The serene meditation music, naming the rooms, attention to detail like asking the guests to take off the shoes right at the entrance and not allowing food inside rooms so that property can remain clean is worth lauding. They really do treat you with full responsibility and care.

Lovely hotel with a cosy & welcoming atmosphere. The rooftop terrace has a great view, the rooms are very beautifully decorated and staff is super friendly. The hotel was also very helpful with planning different trips, especially the camel ride and the dinner in the dunes was superb.

Excellent hotel with clean, modern and comfortable rooms and a wonderful rooftop terrace - perfect for a sundowner with views of the fort. 🥂 N*** was an fantastic host - taking time out of his day to guide us personally through the old town, the fort, the nicest temples & havelis - not to mention sharing his deep knowledge of Jaisalmer’s rich history and culture. Thanks N*** for the memories and the incredible hospitality!

We stayed there over Christmas Holiday and had the most wonderful time! The staff is so kind, the rooms are very clean and bright and the food is just delicious. The whole hotel is wonderfully decorated, every room has their own little details and the view from the rooftop is amazing. We'd love to come back, thank you very much!

Wonderful Hotel with a lot of nice details and very comfortable. Breakfast on the rooftop was lovely, and so the Biryani we had for dinner once! My sister and me would recommend this Hotel without hesitation! Lovely view on the fort and other rooftops, watching the children playing with the kites! We would come back any time! Thank you for everthing!!

We had a lovely stay in the secret house. The place is beautiful, quiet and very clean. The rooftop terrace is ideal to enjoy the desert sun. Overall the owner N*** was very kind and helpful so was the whole team working with him. The only slightly bad detail was the small amount of hot water available when the mornings and evenings are quite cold. We had an amazing experience in Jaisalmer and highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to The Secret House team, hope to see you all again.

A warm and welcoming boutique hotel with amazing rooftop views overlooking the city. Our clean and spacious room was tastefully decorated and had all the amenities one could want. Staff was friendly and helpful and assisted us with local sightseeing activities and transportation to the airport. Within walking distance from the fort and local sights. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely put it on our itinerary for our next trip back to Jaisalmer!
