This was more like an old friend coming home than visiting a hotel walking in I was unable to get my bag from the rikshaw the security was there smiling and genuinely happy at my arrival the greeting from the assistant Manager was all hugs and not a handshake in sight. the room was large enough for ballroom Dancing and well-furnished comfortable and clean I slept like a baby and check out was efficient there are rooms that are sold as delux these are newly refurbished and excellent to the standard of a five star. the breakfast is complimentary and is good with the highest standards of service. The bar is very reasonably priced and the staff help-full I am running out of good things to say but feel I should have said more, this is a great hotel at a budget price just book it and enjoy

Poor service in the hotel, no proper hot water facility, torn towels provided, washroom bucket not cleaned and sometimes even bucket is not present in the washroom. In hotel nobody cares about costumer requirements. Even laundry service is the worst, they used bleaching powder that ruined my clothes and even misplaced some of them. Even complimentary food is not good, have to wait for a long time to get it.

Location is very good. Property is neat and clean. Food is good in taste, quantity and quality. Staff is polite and courteous. Stayed in standard twin room. Size is bit small and there was no fridge in room. Tariff is lil bit higher

Attended a wedding and we are happy with the hotel we picked. We had a total of 4rooms booked. The free breakfast was a great place to mingle and discuss the days events. Thank you Priya for having chai ready for us. The only issue was no hot water in a couple of rooms but that was sorted out.

It was for a accidental detour to Jalandhar while returning from Dalhousie when I booked Maharaja Residency. Online reviews looked good and the front desk gave a good deal for two rooms. The hotel is located at a stone’s throwaway from Railway station and is near to main market. The room was exactly the same as shown on website with nice ambience and clean linen. Room service was excellent particular mention for Shubham who always catered us with a nice smile on his face. Mr Ajit at front desk were really nice and facilitated quick check in for us as we reached late in night. One star deducted is for washrooms which are in need of serious overhaul. The WC look worn out and the faucet needs revamp. Moreover the complimentary breakfast spread is too meek and must have bit more variety. Overall a nice Hotel for short stay at Jalandhar.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Days Hotel. Staff are super helpful. A variety of food from the buffet style breakfast. Staff will make lovely masala chai and bring it to your table. A special thank you to Anand and Love Preet. These two were so kind and helpful and could not do enough for me and my family. They served with a smile and made sure we were okay. The hotel has a beautiful roof top revolving restaurant where prices are similar to room service .
