We stayed at this hotel just for one night. We were impressed by the facilities but unfortunately very disappointed because we forgot an item and the staff told us they could not find it, which was not true.

From check-in to check-out, my experience was nothing short of phenomenal. *exceptional staff* the staff at maharaja hotel were courteous, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The front desk team, housekeeping, and room service staff were all incredibly friendly and responsive. *impeccable amenities* the hotel's amenities, including the rooms, dining area, and recreational facilities, were immaculately maintained. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. *delicious cuisine* the food at maharaja hotel was outstanding. The menu offered a wide range of options, and the quality of the dishes was exceptional. *prime location* the hotel's central location made it easy to explore jalandhar's attractions. *overall experience* my stay at maharaja hotel was truly unforgettable. The whole experience is marvellous , starting from the room vibe . The dine in room experience is so good. food is really 👌. Do visit here with your family and enjoy the quality service .

The reception staff was very unpleasant. They don't even have basic manners to greet or welcome their guests. The way they stare at guests is most alarming. Makemytrip already earned accolades but staff like this make things worse why the chips, buiscuits, bhujiya, juice, salted peanuts etc were kept in the room for which we were charged exorbitantly. There was no indication or pamphlet on which it was mentioned that above-noted articles were chargeable otherwise the room was good ambience was good food is average

Attended a wedding and we are happy with the hotel we picked. We had a total of 4rooms booked. The free breakfast was a great place to mingle and discuss the days events. Thank you Priya for having chai ready for us. The only issue was no hot water in a couple of rooms but that was sorted out.

Hotel location bang on the NH44 and before Jalandar town on the Jammu stretch was the plus point. Easy access & with own but limited vehicle parking(I was on a motorcycle!) Room was spacious as also was the toilet/bath. Didn't see no geyser so guess hot water is switched-on & supplied in the mornings alone?! I stayed in the peak of summer with temperature at 40+℃ outside so never felt the need for hot water to bathe! Food served in Muskan the dining cum bar was delicious! Hotels lift was there at Hotel but defunct(perhaps switched off deliberately?) Air-con was noisy but tolerable for 1 nite transit. Hotel sure has seen better days but still is OK for breaking journey & overnite halts, I'd say.

More varieties in Breakfast with good quality The staff are very helpful and respective and appreciate the Honest. The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious Quite smooth reservation process, very friendly service at the front desk
