Le Roi Jammu - Near Jammu Railway Station

- The hotel location is good. The only challenge is the continuous railway announcements coming to you. But that is bearable. - The front desk is really helpful. I was tired from a trip and they helped me check in a couple of hours before the scheduled check-in time seeing my tiredness. - Good ambience overall with a separate dining area and secured lifts. - The toilet (room# 201) was dirty - specifically the WC. - Bathroom exhaust fan is too noisy. - No wardrobes. - Delayed service - asked for shower caps as caps are available on de***d only. It took almost an hour to deliver after repetitive calls. - They need to consider providing an electric water kettle in the room seriously. The common area service for tea/coffee and hot water is good. But does not provide the right level of service and comfort. - If someone wants to drink multiple glasses of warm water, the person needs to go and sit there. - Morning tea, you need to go outside the room I think considering the cost of an electric kettle, it could be more economical and ***ageable.

If you wanted to catch train for tmrrow, this is the best location to stay. Even in walking distance, u may go to nearest local shopping shop to eat and find things. Its like a bazaar about 500m from the hotel. However, need to bear with announcement of train untill 12.00 am, but still ok. Tq to Mr Ram the ***ager there for the great service. He help me a lot to book the train ticket.

Bathroom is not clean, rooms are okay, service also okay. I request to change room but they denied as excuse rooms are full. Tea cattle is not in room. Foods are okay. Today's world is only go for review only.

location is no doubt its convinient, property needs refurbishment , at this price property is not so good. I booked as I trust & rely LEROI brand but here that feeling was lacked . Iniitally i requested for support which was denied from hotel staff then while stay rooms were there but was informed Hotel is full packed .sheets /blanket cover were dirty, washroom some lights were faulty , glass was dirty. feeling of leroi stay was lacking.

I have stayed here during my Jammu trip best part is it is beside railway station and facilities are awesome...I liked time which I spent here...we were family of 3 & they had provided a nice comfortable bed for sleeping also washrooms are very clear

Location - very good, just outside railway station. Front Desk - VERY Sober and cooperative. Space - sufficient for 2 adults. Cleanliness - bed and surrounding Good, bathroom need improvement have signs of seepage. Resturant - looks good, meals taste NO idea as we don't take any meals.

Not worth for money. Hotel staff is not familiar. AC was not working properly. No running hot water when I asked they said keep tap open for 2 minutes hot water will start coming then next time they said due to maintenance geyser is not working. Food I ordered which was very good, though it was expensive but quality was good.

Worst hotel and pathetic and non cooperative staff and arrogant staff never ever dream to go there. All staff are so bad in behavior and not at all customer friendly. They do not know even how to talk to customer. Word call politeness is not there in their dictionary.

To start with the front desk Mr.A*** warmly greeted me and as I was early, he made a room for me by calling in the housekeeping people. The room was good, clean, spacious. Then after a while I headed towards the restaurant and bar on the 4th Floor and to my surprise I saw a great selectin o buffet spread with multiple choices. Night was great @ the Bar with Chilled Beer served in Iced frost Beer Mugs a great way to unwind after a Busy working day. The Chef was kind enough to make me LAAl Maas out of the menu and curated to perfection. mr.Amit the Restaurant ***ager took care of every minute details for my comfortable stay and dining experience. This property and the whole staff woth a 5 Star. bon appetit!! had a great trip.
