When we arrive at 10.30am they was no food or nothing for us bar staff are amazing the entertainment is not good at night it’s ok in the day also they cut your ristbands of even if u check out early but with some people they tell them to leave them on but apparently the cut them of at 12 but the staff never told us that. Then someone told me that u can use it all day until u leave the venue beds are comfy rooms are big and clean probably wouldn’t stay again.

Spent two weeks here with my partner (both in our twenties), got to the hotel and it seemed lovely just like the pictures. However, we got to the room and it looked clean but at a further look was covered in long dark hairs, things were broken and we paid extra for a balcony just for it to look at the back of someone else’s room above some stairs, we were then moved to a nicer room with a better balcony. As for the food, it was the same things every night, nothing really for English people mainly seafood and nothing had flavour. Pizza and chips every night not worth the all inclusive as we had to go out for tea every night. The entertainment wasn’t much better, hardly any English songs played and no music played during the day time. Had two live singers which were both awful. Entertainment on a night was boring and not worth watching. The staff weren’t too bad most of them happy and smiling however a few of them were just plain miserable and rude. Only bonuses of this holiday is the hotel was within walking distance of shops, food/drink and the beach. I would suggest spending no more than a week at this hotel and it should be a 3 STAR NOT 4. Suggestions for the hotel : - Wider variety of food to meet everyone’s needs not just Spanish (some form of chicken every night would be fine) - English songs during day and night would get people moving and dancing actually wanting to get involved. - Better entertainment on a night, bingo more than once a week rather than dj or a live singer.

A few things stood out for us on our visit to Cactus Garden. The location is great. Right by the beachfront shops and restaurants. We also appreciated the effort the two ladies put on for entertainment during the afternoon and evening with a range of activities. A singer performed live and they showed the UCL final too, so certainly something for everyone to enjoy. We liked the range of facilities available. Very small gym, nice spa, plenty of sunbeds, pool, jacuzzi, dart board, pool table, table tennis. For a small family it gives everyone options. The food was alright. Same options for breakfast, pretty standard. Lunch and dinner varied, but could be improved. Nice salad options too. Desert didn’t really vary too much during our stay, again more options would be welcomed. All inclusive extras were very good I thought. Range of drinks available to you (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), as well as the food options in between set meal times. Able to a have an additional meal which is a nice option if you need it. Our rooms were very good, spacious and no complaints at all. You couldn’t always get the wifi around the pool bar area, but then again who needs the internet when you’ve got a bingo game or karaoke to enjoy! All staff were pleasant and helpful.

A warm welcome as we arrived by reception staff. Great location. Beach 100 metres away with local shops nearby. Clean and modern. Good choice of food and friendly atmosphere. All staff are friendly and helpful. Room is clean and modern. We will be coming back.

What I could say ….. the only thing worth it at this hotel is the location , all those reviews you can tell is fake , and this company must do something about it .the cleaning is not the best but is okey , the food is terrible only one day food was better and the reason was like that becouse they had a visit from general manager , actually one of the staff told us that is normal , every time they have a visit from Mayorca they make a big change with the food and service , that’s not fair as we are the one pay for this holidays not the staff of Fergus . Entertaiment boring day and night time . I don’t have any issue against the lady , actually she seem nice but… is not like other hotels we been. Staff are not professional specially that chef he walk round the hotel and smoking on the bar at evening time. Pool is a big shame so small and dirty. 9 floor the bar is close all day , so every time Iam thursty I must take the lift from 9 till 0 to grab a beer take me ages becouse most of the times the staff blocking this lift to work , I do understand that but when both are blocked by the staff that’s bother me , as I said earlier we are paying for this holidays not the staff . We will never come back again to any hotel of Fergus was a big let down . So the only thing we could enjoy is the spot , 3 min walk for the light house , shops and beach

The room was very spacious & clean,the staff very happy to help,fantastic location,food on the whole was good apart from the cardboard pizzas.Lucky with the weather too.The only downside was the putrid smell of sewage coming through the bathroom vents,awful!

The room was good, we were upgraded to a room with a sea view for an extra fee. But food in the restaurant wasn’t tasty, breakfast was the same every day, dinners were a little bit better with more variety and themes throughout a week, cocktails in the bar were not good at all. The staff were very friendly, from guiding around the island or opening our bottles of wine.

Just got back yesterday from this hotel. Now this is my honest opinion. As someone that normally stays in excellent 4 and 5 star hotels, this hotel is a 3 star plus as it states on the jet2 site. The food was lovely, the rooms are roomy and clean, yes a few tweaks here and there needed but fine. The staff are lovely, entertainment not the best. However this was a lovely 5 night get a way. Very peaceful after 11pm which I loved. The hotel is central with the gorgeous beach and shops very close. I will be returning. Just to reiterate if your wanting luxury then go pay for it, this is not luxurious it's 3 star plus even though Fergus do have it down as 4*, it's definitely not, but it worked for me and my husband for a quick break.

This is our second time here and the food is horrendous. The hotel is very poorly run and I would never come back. The entertainer was sacked I know why but i cannot say! All I will say he did something very wrong! I will never return and if I had daughters they would never come here!
