Excellent and professional service from all staff we met. Everyone was helpful and questions were answered with a smile. Our room had a lovely view over the pool area and was always cleaned(even without the clean sign). The choice of food in the buffet was excellent, catering for all tastes. The gardens of the hotel were pleasant to walk through and allowed easy access for anyone with mobility issues. A thoroughly enjoyable stay and one we would recommend.

Great hotel, rooms are clean all throughout, fresh/new towels every day. Staff very friendly and helpfu. Food was delicious and plenty to choose from. Water in a swimming pool was warm, great for toddlers. Shops are 5 min away from the hotel. Beautiful beach which is 10 min away. Entertainment during the day and evening. Kids disco was every day.

The hotel was lovely, very clean nice big rooms. pool and bar areas nice with plenty of sun loungers. we went all inclusive and found the food to be good if not a little repetitive. The location was OK. being on top of the hill was a bit of and pain, but manageable. There were just a couple.of things that let it down. firstly the entertainment was mainly aimed at young kids so there wasn't much for adults. The second was the amount of young children running round the dining area unsupervised. I found this not only made it hard to enjoy a nice meal, but was also dangerous. Twice I had a young child run in front of me whilst I was carrying hot drinks and although this may not be the hotels fault it would have been nice if it was better managed. overall a nice hotel but probably best suited to families with younger children rather than adults

Been here 3 times already.Food selection and overall quality is getting from bad to worst.Evening shows could be improved.Hotel facilities must be improved

We had an awesome stay, the staff were very hard working and friendly, the rooms and hotel was always fresh and clean, food was great with lots of choice, plenty of drinks available and good with little wait times, entertainment and facilities spot on, special thanks to Mariaa who was on the kids club team making our daughters stay memorable.

We’ve been here three times! Rooms are good, food is decent and the location is great! Quick access to the beach and shops. One thing that let me down was the cold water on the kids water park. We came back this year just for that to have some fun, unfortunately we could not stay at the water park as the water was freezing cold. The water park it’s really nice and looks great but one minus is the cold water. The other pool at the hotel is a lot nicer.

I wouldn’t even waste your money the pools are the only good thing here, the restaurants are not very hygienic you serve your self drinks in other restaurants you get your drinks served with a smile not here, your not greated at the doors, the rooms are dated out door handle fell of straight away the light in bathroom was hanging off, the balcony doors didn’t lock and the fan was very unsafe to use it was very wobbly making a loud banging sound, the beds don’t get changed every day, we where expected to know when to check out so we checked out at 2pm has we was leaving at 6pm and got charged has we didn’t leave at 12pm we told them that we didn’t get told they where not bothered.

Hotel is terrible. Avoid at all costs. Food is absolutely disgusting. Buffet food is cold even as soon as place opens. No hot food for late arrivals. Zero entertainment for adults at night. Pool was frozen cold. Even the blankets they provide for bed are so thin. Spent all week in bed due to being unwell with the food and reception were refusing to give me bottled water one night when I phoned. They eventually did so only positive but overall a horrible place.

It is a really great hotel, lots of entertainment during the day and night. Kids club was amazing pn and Maria were fab. Food good lots of variety with the different themes Water park was fun - great condition Beautiful location reasonable price Bus to beach
