Excellent staff service, beautiful place, clean and people at the hotel is so kind, I'm planning to come back, really good experience. My suggestion for the hotel could be a little bit of attention to the rooms, mine seemed to be missing paint and maintenance.

Really nice rooms, bathrooms are better than how they look on the pictures and the views are really good. I will go back.

I’m sure this place was great 20 years ago but nothing stays the same forever. Whoever takes their photos deserves an award, and I’ll be sure to look for them once I need to find a wedding photographer. There was 1 other couple there in the ENTIRE hotel, and we both ended up checking out early because of the lack of a**osphere. Breakfast was good but drinks were overpriced, and calling old tennis and billiards tables a game room is a stretch. And 6 of the 7 pools are really just 3 pools with a small wall “dividing” them. All the workers were great and super welcoming, but that doesn’t come close to making up for everything else.

This place was extremely dirty and not well kept. As soon as I walked in the bathroom light bulb was out, the shower door broke and I seen how dirty the toilet and refrigerator was. The only thing saving this place are the amenities and how nice the staff is. The breakfast was great. I would never go back and it’s sad because this place has so much potential.

Was fine for price- nothing luxury but nothing wrong either= room clean, had hot water and cold ac. Dinner in restaurant was surprisingly good (picante goat for me).

Beautiful resort area with nice scenery. Helpful staff, mostly Spanish speaking. It's located in the forest, so expect to see insects and your occasional lizard, one of which made its way into my room. I arrived during a rainstorm, so a large and very noise water pump was being used to reroute some water, so that was disturbing for a few hours. The staff was helpful with recommendations and useful information, especially Francesca and Dahiana. They go above and beyond their normal duty.

Was just ok. The facility needs some work and the common areas are old and not well maintained including the pools, seating areas, playgrounds, basketball court, pinpong, etc. We also noticed they spill water from the pool to the river directly and that is not nice. We went there for a quiet vacation but they allow people to access the facility for only $4.00 per person all day on Sundays and that was very crowded and noisy. The room was clean and ok, but the bathroom was old and small.
