We were assigned Room 110 The toiled did not work. It would not flush and tank had no water. They told me to check if the water valve wss closed and to open it please. I opened it. Water kept running thru and never filled the tank. The extractor in the bathroom did not work either They did nothing to help resolve the problem other than offer to use the adjacent room but we were checking out in 15 minutes just befor 4am Finally the shuttle offered dropped us off at C when it should have been A and I asked him to double che m with the reception as I was pushing my mom in a wheelchair. Terrible hotel. Reviews are not real.

Hollow empty rooms. Noisy windows with wind. New building but absolutely just empty building

The best hotel I have stayed at; the front desk receptionist, JUAN PABLO, was very courteous, friendly, and professional. I will definitely return!

Comfortable, clean and spacious rooms. soft bed, Unfortunately is you get a room adjacent to the highway, be prepared for a extremely noisy night with heavy truck downshifting your dreams.
