Hôtel certes proche de l’aéroport 10mn en voiture mais pas du tout idéal si vous projetez de faire du tourisme il est placé sur l’autoroute et si vous n’avez pas de voiture vaut mieux commander le taxi soi-même sur les applications locales Careem, Bolt Uber Jeeny vous saurez d’avance le prix de la course que de passer par l’hôtel il vous feront payer plus cher. Si vous projetez de visiter Jedda prévoir un budget taxi Le petit déjeuner laisse à désirer car c’était des restes de la veille voire de plusieurs jours du pain pas frais dur des fruits secs (figues) pas dignes d’un hôtel snub tel standing et du prix payé et pour la chambre et le petit dej la seule chose positive reste la chambre propre t grande très bien agencée JE NE LE RECOMMANDE PAS

We were there only while on transit but great service and overall great hotel. Close to the airport. The food choice in the restaurant was limited The rooms were fairly new & comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was an excellent experience staying in the hotel with my family. The atmosphere was very pleasant. Airport View of the hotel was superb. The general cleanliness of the hotel and functioning of the facilities was satisfactory.

Biggest downsides were some plugs not working properly. The plugs on the bed are too close to the bed table and we can't plug our chargers. The breakfast options were a bit poor and the waiters struggle a lot to understand english. The quality of some food was really not up to Radisson quality which I've been in multiple countries. I was server watery scrumbled eggs non-eatable. The hashbrowns were very low quality. No beef bacon which is something usually it's always available. Not a lot of protein options for the breakfast. The food in the restaurant was quite nice, especially the nachos, the angus burguer and the pizza marguerita. The room was very confortable and I was pleased with the quality of the mattress and the sheets. Just wasn't aware that I had to be the one asking for cleaning and my room was not clean after a full day of work. Upon arrivel my bathroom didn't had any body wash available. On the first night this isn't very understandable.

If you don’t know Arabic language. Then this place is not for you.

I had a great stay, really enjoyed the spa area, pool/ restaurant & bar was wet pleasant, good condition of everything as well. My room was cleaned most days unless I specifically put the do not come in door hanger. Loved their breakfast service! Cured meats and salmon with plenty of dips, yogurts, fresh fruits, berries and seeds. Really such a good and reliable part of my stay. I would stay there for the spa and breakfast alone!

Very clean and comfortable with excellent service from staff. Decent location close to the airport and there is a big mall a 5 min drive away where they have lots of dining options too.
