Our stay at the hotel was nothing short amazing, with excellent service luxurious accommodations, and a memorable experience overall

Dear Jo Dian Hotel Management, I would like to thank you for my wonderful experience during my stay at Jo Dian Hotel. The hotel is exceptionally beautiful, cleanliness is excellent, and the staff is very cooperative. My overall experience was positive, and I appreciate your assistance in accommodating my early check-in request, as well as enjoying the beautiful pool. However, I would like to share some minor feedback for improvement: 1. The sleeping pillows in the room were not as comfortable as expected. 2. The room's sound insulation was not adequate, allowing noise from outside to enter. I believe improving these two aspects will make the stay at your hotel even more enjoyable. Very nice and calm horel, with direct access to the red sea mall qnd fox cinema. The staff is very helpful and supportive. The room is quite clean and has nice furniture. The hotel location is very attractive and close by many entertainments, restaurants, coffees, and lounges.

Checkin in late for one night to attend an important meeting.. i Asked for a late checkout and take the breakfast (Ramadhan time) at the hotel and my request was denied and they asked for a half day payment.. I paid for a half day and the insisted for me to leave at 6pm while I invited 2 of my friends to have the breakfast at the hotel's restaurant where Maghrib orayer was at 6.38pm.. noting that I have requested to make up the room at 12pm and returned back to my room at 5.15pm and no one cleaned the room, so, I was supposed to believe that someone will make up the room during Ramadhan at 6pm for the next quest!!!! It was one of my most terrible experience and the hotel is classified 5 stars! Real disappointment, I will reconsider staying again despite being very close to my office. Rating of location, rooms is 4.0-4.5/5 and based on valye of money.. Service and available staff is 1/5 Duty manager: 0/5

Visited for the F1 Grand Prix. Location and amenities of the hotel were great. Joel from concierge was extremely helpful and went out of his way to support us in any activity or booking we were interested in! Thank you Joel from all of us for your assistance.

The hotel staff is the best. The rooms are neat and clean. My family loved it and the staff was very welcoming. Kids friendly. Access to the mall makes it easier for anything you may need. Access to the airport from the hotel is also easy.......

Very clean and luxurious rooms and great services in terms of laundry and meals. Really nice staff all around from the concierge, lobby, meals and laundry. The buffett was always very lovely as well as the hotel being well situated to local markets and attractions
