Nice, safe, and family friendly place to stay. Cozy, neat, and clean rooms. Great food. And, they have parking space. Around 5-6 cars can be parked inside the property and there is enough parking space just outside the hotel which is being taken care of by the hotel security staff. The breakfast buffet was also very good.

Not bad for the price and location, but TripAdvisor ranking it no 2 in city is definitely delusional , it's more of for people like marketing touring executives, basically a budget hotel to pass a night, would be better if TripAdvisor checks its ranking system, am sure after this one that it has degraded

I stay at one night the staff are very cooperate and friendly they are very polite and care about me i am traveling for a bussiness at jhansi for one night this hotel and i feel comfortable. Thank you.

The hotel is newly made ambiance was okroom was ok but faced the issues such as delay in services hotel need to work upon improving there services more better as customers are waiting long n no proper response was made.

Though the hotel is at prime location, yet there was less crowd.

This is a four verging on five review. I did not stay at the hotel but did have a Raj Palace High Tea and that is what I am reviewing. First things first - if this is something you are interested in doing during a visit to Mumbai it is worth taking the time to book your High Tea as it can get busy. We had a 2pm slot and stayed till about 5.30. The High tea gives you unlimited access to a very good buffet, hot and cold, sweet and savoury. Teas, coffee etc you get the idea. The main events is served on a 3 tiered cake stand and again is a mixture of hot and cold items - the chief comes out and explains what everything is - which was a nice touch. You can have the tea with 'bottomless' champagne. All in all it was very good, the service was super and the food was very good.
