Nice stay with good view. Heater took awhile to heat up. Shower water a little hard to get to the right temperature. Had dinner at the restaurant-藏肉is too tough. The rest of the food is not bad

A good hotel to stay in Jiuzhaiguo area. Place is tastefully design in Tibetan style with good heater and hot shower during winter. The young “receptionists” were really helpful since I don’t speak Chinese that much☺️ Tried the onsite restaurant as well and dishes are pretty tasty at reasonable price.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Snow Mountain Home, Jiuzhaigou, and it was truly a unique experience. The owner's genuine hospitality made it feel like a caring family environment, despite the hotel being about 3 kilometers away from the entrance. Surprisingly, it was more convenient than closer hotels, as the owner provided daily transportation. The food, both for breakfast and dinner, was delicious. I highly recommend staying here for a warm and home-like atmosphere. If I have the chance, I'll definitely choose this place again.

Very good place with tasty breakfast and honestly owner and staffs there. Room is cool with Tibetan style, warm machine, smart toilet, … and Jiuzhaigou is very beautiful. I love this trip and spend time here

Get away from the hotel ***** lining the Jiuzhaigou nature park crowded entrance, instead taste warmth of a Tibetan hostel seating at top of the nearby village. A short flight of stairs from Impeccably clean, functional rooms leads to the common hall where you can find the famous Tibetan suyocha brewed on the traditional stove to drink with yak milk butter, and a variety of Tibetan food including meat & local vegetables hot pot - and get driven from the airport, & to the park entrance, for free(!). Want off the trails in comfort at reasonable prices - I say this is the address. 九寨沟（ジュウジャイゴウ）自然公園の入り口に並べるどこもと同じ雰囲気のするチェーンホテルを避ける気になれば、ぜひこの****民族を経営する民宿を検討ください。公園から数キロ離れたところで傾斜面に乗っかる村の上に、ほぼ日本の水準を満たす清潔さ、完備した部屋で、共同食堂に行くと常に****の典型的焜炉に「スーヨーチャ」****の（ヤク乳バター逢え）お茶を無料でいくらでも飲めるあったかい雰囲気を浴びることができます。食堂のメニューに西藏風の鍋があり、ヤク肉と現場の野菜を美味しく召し上がれます。非常にリーズナブルな宿泊で、空港から宿、宿から公園入り口へも全部無料です。安心したローカルな経験を要求するなら、この宿が筆頭かと。

The owner of this homestay is what makes this place so lovely! He has a cheery disposition and he and his staff helped answer so many of my questions. He helped organize transportation to pick me up and drop me off at the local bus station and to take me to the JiuZhaiGou park entrance. He made me feel like an old friend, not just a customer! The hotel itself has a great atmosphere, lots of wood and local design elements. The rooms and generally clean (though small details could be given a bit more attention). The beds in the rooms are comfortable, not hard. I enjoyed sitting in the rooftop patio to relax and look at the mountains. Breakfast was simple, Chinese cuisine, the offerings were slightly different both mornings, but there was a reasonable variety of carbohydrates, veggies, and protein to give you a good start to the day. I went during apple season, so they also had some locally grown apples available. Dinner was a lively time in this homestay. Seems like most of the tenants at the hotel booked meals there and felt comfortable and social. They had many local dishes with yak and local vegetables. I thought the food was filling and fresh. If I returned to JiuZhaiGou, I would stay here again! The boss and his family are very welcoming.

The Snow Mountain Home is a great experience. We've spent two nights but wished we could have stayed longer! The staff is extraordinarily friendly and helpful. Thank you :)

What a great stay. The people there are so nice and will do anything to help you. The rooms are spatious and beautiful. The food is also very good. No comment really !

Absolutely stunning property and gorgeous room. The food at the restaurant is also fantastic. We really enjoyed trying on the traditional clothes. We were driven to and from the Jiuzhai park for free and the owners helped us organise a shared taxi to the nearest train station.
