This is the second time I have enjoyed staying at Jee Ri Haveli. Hi***shu and his family were lovely hosts. The Haveli is outside of the old town but the views of the fort from the rooms and rooftop restaurant are spectacular. You are within easy walking distance of everything including the excellent Sardar Market. The rooms are comfortable but not ***y luxuries but this doesn't matter as the beds are comfortable and hot water in the shower!! The food in the restaurant is excellent as well accompanied by the aforementioned view - see photo . They can arrange cars etc for arrival and departure if needed. Hi***shu took us on a wonderful walk through the old town - the blue city- and took us to visit the Jaswant Thada mausoleum and the superb Mehrangarh Fort. We really enjoyed this as he took us to places we never would have discovered on our own , we saw some wonderful murals and we ate the most delicious local sweets and found out the next day we made the local paper! Highly recommended and I would very happily stay here again.
I had a wonderful stay at Shiv Hari Heritage! The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the rooms beautifully combined comfort with style. I enjoyed the local cuisine at their restaurant—truly delicious. Their dedication to guest satisfaction really stood out. Highly recommended for a peaceful and enjoyable visit!
I arrived at this beautiful Haveli and could not believe how big and adorned with art and antique this place is. The staff are very kind, friendly and attentive. I was very lucky to meet the owner, his wife and family at dinner and she was so kind to offer me some home made pickles. The food was delicious and the desert was something I have never had the opportunity to try but it was the best sweet and it’s called RajBhog. It is made of milk and it looks like a ball with saffron inside. Come and visit this hospitable haveli, you will not be disappointed.
I had an incredible experience during my stay at Umaid Bhawan palace —everything was perfect! The hospitality and attention to detail truly set this hotel apart. I would like to express my special thanks to the following employees for making our stay even more memorable: -Swaroop Singh: His exceptional service and attention to details made all the difference. His commitment to ensuring our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay was truly impressive. - Narendar (Pillars Restaurant): The support and care he provided in the restaurant were remarkable, enhancing our dining experience. - Mohammed Saadiq (Pillars Restaurant): With his welcoming attitude, he contributed greatly to our enjoyment of every meal. - Tribhuwan Singh: His professionalism and willingness to assist were greatly appreciated throughout our stay. -Rajveer Singh: Always available and eager to help, he played a key role in creating a pleasant atmosphere. - Malvika: Her outstanding service and attention to our needs made us feel very special. - Niche: His dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction truly made a lasting impression. All in all, I wholeheartedly recommend
This was a business meeting with our team and partners held on December 10, 2024, which went exceptionally well. Mr. Salim managed all the arrangements with great professionalism, ensuring our guests were fully satisfied with the service. We look forward to hosting more meetings at this hotel in the future.
Great property. Both sunset and sunrise are amazing views. Loved the hospitality. Went there for business, next time surely visit with the family. Don't forget to take a tour to the horses area. Sunrise view is super! I visited in Sep, but I think Jan-Feb should be the best weather in the city.
Visited with my family. Took buffet. Food was yum specially Singapore noodles, and blackcurrent ice cream. Always a delightful experience at taj. Special thanks to Vikram, Jagpal, Subhod for entertaining us. Really appreciate the hospitality.
This beautiful small boutique hotel was very homey and comfortable with a king comfy bed, large modern bathroom and two stories that included a sitting / den area and outdoor porch on the upper floor and fantastic views on both floors of the Mehrangarh Fort. At night the grounds are magical with candles lit throughout and beautiful landscape lighting. There are 2 restaurants with friendly and attentive staff and excellent food and views of the fort. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly go back
ゲゲストThis was easily one of our favourite stays in our 2-week trip of Northern India. We stayed at some much more expensive places but this was very authentic being an old haveli. It has charm and the staff were so friendly and helpful especially the manager. We felt completely safe here and Jodpur and Varanasi were the highlights of our holiday. Amazing views of the fort, fantastic rooftop restaurant called Indigo. Stay here!
ゲゲストThe rooms were very good...and food was delicious.. there was renovation work going on and so couldn't make use of their terrace seating..but the view from the terrace is beautiful... Their service is also really good.. but one thing I wish they could do to improve is to hire one or more servicemen...as one person was running around the entire time from kitchen to the restaurant and to the rooms to serve food and other essentials..he was a very sweet and calm person..and helped us out a lot!! We took the no view rooms and hence didn't have a view of the lake behind the hotel..but one can get the view from the open terrace anyway..this hotel is located close to shops and restaurants..next to it is the famous bakery 15 A.D. and opposite they have Baskin Robbins.. overall worth the money and a comfy stay...highly recommend..
Having stayed at over 14 Zostels across India, this has been one of the worst experiences in terms of service. The staff here are highly commercial, prioritizing upselling value-added services over genuine hospitality—this applies to both the reception and café teams. In particular, the receptionist with a moustache (whose name I can’t recall) clearly lacks the training required for the hospitality industry. A notable instance was when a guest requested a room change due to excessive noise from the first-floor rooms caused by the staff’s constant shouting. Instead of addressing the issue with courtesy or instructing the staff to be mindful, the receptionist dismissively replied, “Sound toh aega.” This lack of empathy and professionalism reflects poorly on the Zostel brand. Unfortunately, this has been my worst experience with Zostel staff and service to date. And before my stay at Zostel clock tower, I stayed at Zostel Ratanada and the staff behavior and support was top class
Very close to the airport. Great property. Green, clean locality. We were bothered by some airplane noise from what seemed like an airforce exercise but thankfully that lasted only a couple of hours on one day. Warm, polite, helpful staff. Souvik and Sonia at room service and the staff at Angithi took great care of our dietary needs. We enjoyed the food in the hotel. Spacious rooms, clean hotel, good housekeeping. We enjoyed the music, dance and puppetry shows in the evenings. Overall, a good stay near the airport. If you like to stay in the middle of the hustle and bustle of a city, this may not be the right place. This is a short cab ride away from all that :)
