Went for partners birthday meal with kids can't fault anything from service to food nachos sharing platter was fantastic crispy beef noodles were equally as good biscoff cheesecake was outstanding seated promptly and every need catered for

Service very slow and patchy. Food mostly inedible. Young staff tried hard but seems like they were in over their heads. As an offer for poor food we could have a drink or a pudding. We paid £30 Per head for two courses. So vey overpriced. I was driving so free alcohol drink wasn’t wanted and I’m not a big pudding fan. So £30 for a little bit of pate then a few veg, overcomes roast that wasn’t edible, a hard potato and undercooked Yorkshire pudding.

We love the Lynnhurst. We previously got married here in May 2019 and have been back several times. Today we stayed in the Wallace suite. It’s stunning. Also used the spa facilities at the bowfield hotel. Debbie at reception is fantastic and goes above and beyond to do all she can to make your stay amazing. We would highly recommend staying here xx

Went with my husband and two of his employees to work on a nature reserve project. This hotel was really good. The staff were helpful and welcoming, everywhere was immaculately clean, beautiful room with lovely bathroom and classy fittings and furniture, very comfortable bed with crisp white cotton sheets. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant which was very good, and the place had a lovely welcoming a**osphere.

Breakfast service disorganised.No pouring sugar for cereals,no white toast, beans over cooked,cold plates,and member of staff on duty did not give out informatio of breakfast procedure but let guests get on with it.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights to attend my grandson’s wedding. The Executive Double room we booked was beautiful and very well equipped. The room has retained all of its original features and the modern shower room tops it off. There is tea/coffee making facilities as well as a hairdryer and iron and ironing board in the wardrobe. A mini bar and safe are also in the wardrobe. The staff at the hotel are first class. From the friendly, welcoming receptionist, the bar staff, the waiting staff and the night porters as well as the house keeping staff are all so professional, friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. The wedding venue is stunning and if the weather is good they have beautiful gardens where the service can be held. Unfortunately on the day of the wedding it was raining but this in no way detracted from the inside service. The waiting staff during the wedding meal went over and above their duties by ensuring my young complex needs grandson who is in a wheelchair was taken care of. By adjusting his seating area to ensure his anxiety levels wouldn’t be affected. They also explained the piper would be walking behind him and asked if we wanted to move him at this time. Fortunately he loves the sound of bagpipes ! All in all it was a perfect day and all staff in the hotel played a large part in making it that way.

First time eating out on Chris**as Day and couldn’t fault the experience. The staff were amazing, the food was great and the timings of food being served was perfect. My family all enjoyed the meal and we will definitely be back next year.

My fiancé, 1 year old and I visited for her sisters wedding. The room we got was probably the smallest out of the wedding party guests even though we had a baby with us and a travel cot in the room so there was hardly any space to move about in or get ready plus the room and whole hotel was excessively hot it wasn’t just us that commented on that and to charge for water in the room is archaic. The price you pay I would have expected to have been given a better room and not to have to pay for at least water from the mini bar or to be honest anything from the mini bar.

Wonderful room However dont feel they were set up for breakfasts... had to ask for water,coffee, toast , butter and marmalade and no side plates for buttering toast ...minor inconvenience which i hope they will address especially as the rest of the stay was perfect from food to staff
