早めのチェックインには柔軟に対応してくれません。私たちは午後 2 時半過ぎに到着し、部屋が空いているかをカウンターで確認しました。しかし、チェックインは午後 3 時まで待たされました。早めのチェックインは可能かと聞いたところ、確認するとのことでしたが、実際には電話で確認していないようでした。その他はまあまあですが、料金に見合う価値はあります。

私が予約した部屋はホテルに指定されておらず、部屋を広くすることも許可されませんでした。ベッドが3つあると書いてありましたが、ベッドは2つしかありませんでした。

全体的には良い滞在でしたが、Wi-Fi が機能しませんでした。また、部屋の清掃や水の提供もありませんでした。私たちが滞在している間は満室だったので、ハウスキーピングが忙しすぎて対応できなかったのかもしれません。

床はベタベタしていて防音性は低いですが、周りにフードコートやファーストフード店があるので便利です。

冷蔵庫はないので、冷たい飲み物を買ったときに冷やしておく必要がある場合があります。また、スリッパで直接カーペットの上を歩くこともできません。

このホテルでの滞在は快適でした。部屋は広くて清潔でした。ただ、ティッシュをもう少し用意してほしかったです。今のところ、滞在は快適で、料金も安いです。

そのホテルの改装はいいけど、エアコンは本当にひどい。サービスがない、とにかく暑い。

すべてが良かったし、部屋も快適でした。JB で泊まった部屋の中で一番満足しました。受付エリアも良い香りがしました。これからも頑張ってください。また必ず訪れます。

部屋はとても清潔。立地も便利。全体的な環境も悪くない。

部屋は清潔でしたが、壁が薄いので、隣の人が静かであることを祈るしかありません。

The hotel was located in a very isolated area. 1'st the receptionist seems lost about the check-in procedure, which took some time. In addition, she doesn't seem to be familar with the hotel surroundings when asked about the food in the area. Last but not least, there is no mini fridge and phone to call the reception in the room. Do take note that the deposit of RM$50 is required during check-in as well.

This is my second time booking and it was even better than the first time! I brought my family and they all liked how clean the beds and toilet was. It was very spacious and The bed and pillows were comfy, aircon was good. There's a fridge now in the triple room. The soaps were lightly scented lavender which was a nice surprise:) There is good local food nearby and even chains like kfc and dominos. Had a hearty breakfast in the morning. We didnt drive but location was convienient with grab👍 This is my favourite hotel in jb now Depending on the room u get, ur view might be construction or the front of the hotel. If you are sensitive to sounds when sleeping, you might want to add a request to have a room not near the aircon compressors. These arent a minus in my books as I'm satisfied as long as the room is clean but it might matter for others

Moderate hotel for short visit. Can visit the NB cafe next door for buffet breakfast.

Really liked this hotel, came back 2nd time. quite clean. Only thing is location not very central. Price is okay too
