Quarto amplo. Café bom. Ótimo transporte. Porém achei caro o valor do serviço. Fiz uma compra de 13 dólares no restaurante e foi cobrado 20 dólares.

I am appalled by your service of both the hotel and trip.com Crowne Plaza is still bothering me in regards to proof of payment which I don’t need to deal with at all when closing a hotel booking with this kind of service they still bothering me with emails to confirm how I paid to trip.com I would never recommend trip.com to anyone this is appalling

We have stayed at Crowne Plaza several times, and each time I grow more and more tired of the hotel. This last time was the last straw. We went to try to eat breakfast at their restaurant and no one was in line, so it was just us two who needed to be seated. There were 5 empty tables, 2 of which hadn't been cleaned. Two ladies working there told me I had to wait unless I wanted to sit outside. I said ok. After a few minutes, I grew tired of waiting and asked why they couldn't seat us. They would not give me an answer, and continued to tell me I had to wait. No one else had come to the restaurant during this time, so it was still just us. There was a dirty table with 4 chairs that I told them I wanted to sit at, and they just told me to wait. No one was even trying to do anything for me. Their food prices are ridiculous as well. So needless to say, we will not be staying there anymore, and we will not be recommending to our friends to stay there either. In addition, the room they put us in was in such disrepair. I couldn't believe it. Huge, ugly patches on the wall and an ice bucket that looked like they took it from the trash. Totally unacceptable. A $20 motel would have been better than this place. If we would have been treated right at the restaurant, I wouldn't have even said anything about the room's disrepair!

Everything at Crowne Hotel was great, however on our check in day , frontdesk on dutie was so rude due to a self made error regarding the entrance day and forced me to show my proof about my booking. It was a clumsy moment, she denying my words and my booking number until I were able to show the whole process since my first mail with the web page where I found my hotel.

What a relief after a heavy flight fully booked, with face-masks. I took a short taxi ride for $ 10.- an arrived at the Crown plaza, where I was received in a friendly efficient and effective way. A cup of coffee in my room and relax in a cozy atmosphere. Perfect

The convenience of the shuttle bus to and from the airport is always the highlight for this hotel. The breakfast was perfect too with a wide range of options and the most polite and accommodating staff at the restaurant area! The room wasn’t very clean but it is spacious.

Excellent stay at The Crowne. This hotel exceeded our expectation. The room was very cosy and extremely clean. The buffet was delicious with a reazonable price. We could enjoy the swimming pool and it was relaxing. The souvenirs were very nice and affordable. The staff was professional, and we had an excellent and warm welcome. Everything was perfect! Nothing to worry about! I higly recommend The Crowne Hotel Airport. There is also a free shuttle to and from the hotel! I will for sure book the Corwne again. It was my second time there.
