It was great time and honesty the the service is great plus let's not talk about the 11 floor is great place to be after the long day and over stayed in de room then from that u get the best quality time, omg Camila is a great person I have ever meet, I have move alot of places in de world and I find her the best person to serve me in quality and professional ways.

The hotel is indeed the best hotel in Juba in terms of amenities and services. Special thanks to all staff from the front desk to housekeeping to Room Service they were all amazing and courteous. The daily variety of restaurants and bars are just what I expected, live shows at dinner and lunch, live sports events. Thank you all guys, I had a great time.

One of the highlights of my trip to juba has got to be Pyramid Hotel. A few of my friends invited me to watch football on the 11th floor of the hotel and if you haven’t been, you must visit. Giant screen and breathtaking views. Also the gym is incredible, very clean with the right equipment and the right Instructor I must say. Keep a look out for Rizik if you want to put in a good workout. World class hotel overall. A must visit.

We have dinner in the cafeteria the food sooooooo good and I met a really cute and nice Receptionist Tukez Zeynalova she is so kind and friendly .Because we were the first time go there ,she helped us a lot . we enjoyed a happy time in there.I think it’s a good place to relax.

Everything was gorcious plus awesome. The Management and the services given by Tukez Zeynalova was marvellous plus awesome. I would like to give more than ten stars and I don't have further word to explain. If I want to arrange any program again I will arrange in your hotel and I will get the services given by Tukez Zeynalova. Thank you soo much. My first time in South Sudan. At the entrance we were greeted by Jenifer, the guest relations officer. She had a curious spark in her eye and a magical smile. She was very professional and made sure we received everything we needed, in the hotel and out. She continued to be there for us through out our stay, and was always there to greet us. I will definitely come back here, if the hotel owner was smart, he would probably have Jennifer Manage the whole chain, it would be very profitable for him. Until next time
