Hi! The lobby and the common areas of this hotel are AMAZING but the rooms could use some attention. The rooms seem very sp**** with furniture-ours was definitely missing a comfy chair or two. Additionally, there weren’t sufficient blankets on the bed. Very thin sheets do not keep people warm in the middle of winter! I think the lobby of the hotel is beautiful and it has a lot of comfortable furniture in the common areas but the rooms themselves are pretty bare bones. Additionally the pool was closed and one of the ellipticals in the gym was broken. Maybe some details in the room would make this hotel really as nice as it could be!

very nice place. the only thing I would recommend is provide a small breakfast grab for those that leave the hotel before 6 am when the breakfast is provided. when we stay at Hilton properties there is a sack breakfast, it usually has a bagel with cream cheese, a yogurt or a piece of fruit. we had intended to eat in the Seattle airport but de icing took over an hour so we had to run to get to our connecting flight....no time to get anything to eat

The hotel is absolutely amazing. Super clean, breakfast amazing and the staff is out of this world. This is such a cool lodge, and would recommend to ANYONE!!

Loved everything about this property and its amenities, except one. Our room was 201, while the room was perfect, there was a constant noise and vibration coming from somewhere. It was like a loud diesel truck continuously running. We could not find the source. Difficult to ignore.

Absolutely gorgeous little hotel. So convenient to the airport, a life saver and perfect for those early morning flights out of FCA. Big rooms, clean and a warm, cozy lodge feel. Lovely staff. Amenities and little shop - free cookies and coffee a nice touch.

The staff we talked to was really nice, but not having room service when staying four days - with a baby and a 4yo - that was rough. We tried to ask them to take out the trash so we at least wouldn’t have the dirty diapers around, but no one came. We ended up having to empty all the garbages ourselves and place it in the hallway outside the door. I know there are labor issues, but it doesn’t seem to have decreased their price….

The only complaint is the plastic bed cover. It was noisy & uncomfortable. It made me sweaty & you could hear your movements all night. Annoying. Spend a couple of more dollars & get a good bed cover. Don't skip on comfort of the bed.
