ホテル カセンドラ(cassendra Hotel Kandy)

あなたのホテルを訪れるのは今回が2回目です。最初はビジネスのため、2番目は楽しみのためでした。施設は美しい建築と細部にまでこだわった素敵なホテルです。スタッフは礼儀正しかったです。食べ物も飲み物もとてもおいしいです。デザートは最高です。ホテルはキャンディアン地区の高い山の頂上に位置し、とても美しい環境にあります。部屋はとても美しく、とても清潔です。家族や友人と楽しむのにとても良いホテルです。 AKILA 。

スリランカ、キャンディのホテル カセンドラで素晴らしい時間を過ごしました。ホテルの美しいロケーション、温かいもてなし、設備の整った客室のおかげで、私の滞在は本当に思い出に残るものになりました。スタッフは気が利いていてフレンドリーで、敷地内の食事とアメニティは一流でした。キャンディでの忘れられない体験には、ホテル カセンドラを強くお勧めします。ずっと5つ星です！

キャンディのビューポイントよりも高いところにある素晴らしいホテル。部屋は清潔で、必要なものはすべて揃っていました。冷蔵庫、ケトル、金庫など。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。ホテルの唯一のわずかな欠点は、急な丘の上にあるのですが、トゥクトゥクがたくさんあることです。そしてキャンディ周辺。

We were the only guests and were given the option of rice with either fish or chicken. Chicken never came! No elevator. Night manager was supervising cooking. This hotel doesn't serve alcohol. Breakfasts were as bad as the dinner. Very difficult for the bus to get to. Supposed to be a 4-star hotel but wouldn't rate it above 2-star.

We stayed there one day. Cheap but good food and good view. The staff was helpful and assisted us in every way. Had a good connection with my agency CeyloTravels. Helped when I needed a menu change promptly and attended to room service on time.

To be honest, giving 1 star is to much for this hotel. I don’t even know where to start… it’s way to expensive,everywhere it is dirty, the beds are uncomfortable and you are sleeping on plastic under the sheets, the bathroom is disgusting and if you close the shower door you can’t open it from the inside. But the worst thing is the breakfast. They charge 8 dollars per person for hard old bread and everything is cold and tastes really old. I honestly don’t know why people give this place a better rating than zero. Never again!!!!!

Definitely not a four star hotel. We booked our room over 2 months ago and we were given a room in the top floor, where they probably housed their cleaners. The floor was dirty and when we entered there was a smell of dampness. We refused to accept the room. They kept protesting to having no vacant rooms but we threatened to leave and find somewhere else. They eventually managed to find a reasonable room. Breakfast was very basic. You got no choice with juices or fruit. You had to have what was given. Very poorly managed and the hotel no character. I would give it a below 3 star rating.

The most polite way of reviewing this property is to say that it’s a 2* establishment not 4* as published. To be honest when making the booking I misspelt the name from the guide sent me and that’s how we ended up there. Young lady at Front desk very polite. Steep stairs would hinder anyone with disability. As I said initially it’s a solid 2* property

high up , and so the tuk tuk has to really struggle to get there. Review says BUFFET BREAKFAST , we were told not many guest so no buffet breakfast , breakfast not very good and not much choice. Reception lady told us previous night the chef will make nice breakfast to what we want but the chef in the morning told us they do not have enough product to make much . Hot water shower terrible , not enough hot and no explanation for that was given .
