Good hotel good food , front office manager is helpful , swimming pool is very good and lobby is very spacious Upon entering the hotel, guests are greeted by a warm and hospitable staff, whose dedication to providing exceptional service sets the tone for an unforgettable stay. The accommodations at the Oak ray hotel are nothing short of luxurious. The hotel is up a poor road and the hotel is a pleasant surprise. The rooms are large, clean and bright. The facilities are good with a decent sized pool. The staff are friendly and polite. There is a good selection of breakfast food. The layout is a bit confusing and more signs could be added.

Very clean hotel, in the city center but quiet. Excellent view of the river. Clean restaurant and good food, international cuisine. Large room although the air conditioning was very noisy. Very nice rooftop pool, too bad there were no umbrellas to protect you from the sun

The rooms are very clean and the sitting areas are beautiful. The food is very delicious and scrumptious. Should add more vegetarian and Sri-Lankan food options. The staffs are good.and friendly. The shower area in my room has less water pressure, but hot water is coming. The room was a bit old. Thank you so much Oak Ray.

very spacious and comfortable rooms with all required amenities Staff were very welcoming and hospitable. Food was served in a buffet style and had a good variety of different things There was a very nice pool on the rooftop with a great view of the environment Overall very satisfied with our stay

Great location.. room was great.. house keeping staff was really good.. food was pretty nice too.. even though few mains were almost the same in meals every other foods were different and delicious.. nice rooftop pool with a great view.. overall was a pleasant experience
