While this resort maybe good, their customer service is really bad. This is coming from me trying to make a reservation with them. For starters, I had to call more than 5 times before someone picked up the phone. They weren't remotely interested in what I wanted to ask and more concerned about a conversation going on in the background. After talking to a person who didn't seem to understand a basic reservation, she then told me to contact someone else, instead of getting that person to contact me. I called that person as well and inquired about the room availability and credit card offers given on the website. He outright refused to offer the credit card offer saying that there's only one room available on the day I am checking. I checked the fine print, there was no condition like that. This is such bad service, I don't even know how they are getting guests to stay at this hotel if simply the reservation process is such a hassle like this. What a disappointment.
