The hotel is situated at a very convenient location near to main market of mcleodganj, has its own parking. The owner is very amiable and room service was prompt and staff was very courteous. The best part is food, whether it was breakfast or dinner the taste was authentic as per the dish and very delicious. Last but not the least they have the best view of mountain peaks from roof top restaurant. A memorable stay.

Hotel is awesome with beautiful location..very educated staff specially receptionist…. Very impressive with hygiene and food was awesome …. Terrace was the best part with valley view …. Thanks for making our trip unforgettable….

It was not at all a comfortable stay. Manager was not cooperative. There are some issues between the staff and manager and they let guests to suffer. During checkout they charged us heavily for unnecessary stuffs. I wouldn’t recommend bella heigts to anyone.
