We had an overnight stay at benale, the check in was quick as we had made an booking, helped ourselves with the luggage to the room. The room we stayed in was an ok one, however running hot water at around 11pm helped us relax after the kind of travel we've had. Beds are cosy, aircon & fan ran as expected. Okiesh bathroom with towels and some toiletries. The door nobs are a bit tricky at times. We opted for breakfast which had a decent spread of food both english & local dishes. The front desk person was helpful during check out process too making it a hassle-free one. Since this property is in the town area it's easier to just step out and visit places. Overall a good experience!

I had a wonderful experience at State Beach Resort in Kannur. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making my stay very comfortable. The breakfast each morning was delicious, offering a great start to the day. The resort's peaceful setting is perfect for relaxation, exactly what I was looking for. Just a heads-up, it's about an hour from the airport, so plan accordingly for early flights. Highly recommend this resort for a tranquil retreat.

This Hotel has a super friendly reception desk. The charming ladies are unusually helpful and very attentive. We appreciated that a lot. Another strong point in favor of the Hotel is the nice garden. You can enjoy a cool Kingfisher beer there, but unfortunately not everyday. On certain days they are not allowed to serve alcohol. There is a restaurant inside, but we found it more enjoyable to eat outdoors. Service is quick and the food we had was ok but nothing special. Our room was clean and big enough. Since the Hotel has been refurbished recently, everything was in excellent condition - we particularly liked the well kept woodwork. We will keep a fond memory of the Surya Heritage Hotel and it’s friendly personnel.

During our planned stay from 20th to 22nd October 2023 at Mascot, a booking error sent my family and me from Bangalore to Kannur on the wrong dates. Despite not having the chance to stay at Mascot, I feel compelled to share this exceptional experience. Upon realizing our rooms were booked for the 27th to 29th October instead, the Mascot staff showcased remarkable empathy and efficiency. They promptly arranged accommodations at another excellent hotel, continuously checking on our well-being. Their actions were beyond mere customer service; they restored our faith in humanity and the kindness of people. What impressed me most was the full refund of our booking amount, a gesture of goodwill that deeply touched us. This incident didn’t just resolve a logistical error; it transformed us into lifelong patrons of Mascot. Their exceptional handling of an unforeseen situation has earned the loyalty of not just my family, but also our friends.

Kanbay resort has a great location by the beach and friendly staff, but the rooms were average with no extra facilities. A good option if you’re looking for a simple stay with a nice view.

From the moment i arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my every need was met. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and immaculately clean. The location was also amazed me.

I had a great 3-day stay at the pearl view, thalassery. The hotel offers a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and the location was convenient for exploring the area. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and i would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting thalassery.
