Not according to Best Western standards. Rooms are extremely tiny and bathroom condition was more worst. You need to squeeze yourself in the corner to enter and come out from the washroom. Hotel charges very high amount for these tiny rooms and washrooms. This hotel is a complete waste of money. Stay away from these scammers. After check in I have received a call from front desk and they asked me to provide local address. I have already told them I am a foreign national I don’t have any local address. But they were not ready to listen to me. Their staff is completely illiterate, they are not aware about foreign nationals check in policy. We stayed for 6 nights. Every night there were wedding parties in the hotel. People were using big speakers and playing music on the floor during night. Area around the hotel is extremely polluted and crowded. Not a right choice to stay in this property. I will not stay here again and I will not suggest my friends and family members to stay in this fraud hotel. Waste of money.

The hotel is situated in the heart of the city and is well located The place is well maintained and extremely neat and clean The staff are courteous and well behaved The quality of food is outstanding and the service is good Nice budget place to stay in Kanpur

Worst hotel. Rude staff cheap service they have their own rules and regulations which they have not mentioned anywhere but its all verbal.they will not listen to you and go into their office and close the door

Room size is moderate , location is fine. Room is clean , room service is quick Air conditioning perfect , Wi-Fi good Breakfast variety is moderate , taste good. Service at bf restaurant is also very good Gyan vaishno dhaba- local famous restaurant just few meters away across the railway line. Overall a good experience. Would definitely like to consider the place during next visit

Clean and spacious, with solicitous staff and good amenities. I was told I’d been upgraded, and the room had a sofa area. Surprisingly there were no windows at all apart from between the main room and bathroom. Since we lost power multiple times, I was left in the pitch dark, needing to use my phone for light several times. The restaurant had fewer western items that I wanted, and I felt bothered by too much attention from the waiter staff to be honest. I don’t want someone to put my bread in the toaster, or tell me how to combine elements of my dinner. However everyone intended well and was kind, so it was as good a stay as I could have had in central Kanpur I think.

Visited Kanpur after ***y years and stayed in my favourite hotel. The warmth and helpfulness of all staff very appreciable. The food good though would have preferred some more options in breakfast to match the other services Was travelling during the worst cold wave in Kanpur and would have preferred central heater. Did not ask for a room heater so do not know if they have sufficient in such extreme temperatures (7-8 degrees Celsius)

Hotel is centrally located and is one of the best hotels in Kanpur. Staff is polite, courteous and helpful. It is a value for money hotel. Food quality as well as quantity is good. I recommend this hotel to other business travellers.

It was nice And pleasant stay in bliss. Thanks to Entire staff for the service and especially Mr.Vimal from the room service for the providing distinguish food . Further we suggest for the upgradation in network services
