Thank you very much for some fantastic days with you. The kindest service from an exceptionally eager staff where anything is possible. Exquisite breakfast and a 5-course gourmet dinner in the most beautiful lounge restaurant. A spa department you want to return to. Shuttle service between Ischgl and the hotel runs from the hotel whenever you wish, and in 6-7 minutes you are at the gondola, and the same for the return. See you again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We recently stayed at the delightful Zhero hotel that exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, a big thank you for Oskar. The room was clean, and tastefully decorated. The hotel has a beautiful spa, but maybe not enough space for all the guests. The hotel’s ski-in/ski-out facilities and equipment rental services made the overall experience incredibly convenient. The hotel's shuttle service is great. When you have the half pension you’ll get a fixed menu. The menu was great but maybe not for everyone. While the ski hotel overall provided a positive experience, the only thing that was very unpleasant was the heat. We highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Had stayed here last year with a group of friends. Liked it so much that I came back with the family. This year the stay was even better. First of all the staff is super friendly. They make you feel welcome, they take care of you and your family and they really go above and beyond to make your stay as good as possible. The rooms are great. All the materials are of high quality. No comprises. Nice bathrooms, great beds, and also the sheets are superior. And, we got an upgrade for free. That was a pleasant surprise, particularly as we now were able to give our two boys a separate bedroom. At the risk of being too complimentary, everything about our stay was the best. Breakfast nice, fresh products, just the right amount of attention. Price-quality wise the guests are really winning in this hotel. We rented our ski's there, arranged the ski passes with them, and all was done in a smooth and easy way. Top ski materials. We enjoyed the spa, the pool. We will definetly come back. One comment I read somewhere else I can confirm: it's warm in the hotel. But as outside there is snow and ice, that is really nice. Oh and finally, a shout out to Oskar. Great guy who helped with a lot, including the charging of our electrical vehicle.

Amazing hotel with brilliant food, private shuttle, ski rental and spa facilities. The staff were also great, especially the lovely Janine! They couldn’t do enough for us and helped everything smoothly. It was our first time staying here and we’ll be back again.

Great stay! We spent fabulous weekend full of great atmosphere. The room was clean and the shuttle bus was very fast and available anytime. We enjoyed especially very friendly vibe and cool music by DJ Nana Love. Thank you for all. Coming back soon 😎

Not recommended Not for families, strange people for a family trip. You feel quite uncomfortable. … Staff was not well trained. The room was quite cold( we had the presidential room, which indeed had a great design, spacious, but cold), and the lights were not enough. A kind of dark atmosphere everywhere. For us it was not very warm.

I stayed at the Zhero Hotel for 20 days on a long ski vacation with my 16-year old son. The hotel is nice and with great facilities. The staff was always smiling and attentive. The breakfast had everything you would expect, and more. Service always great. Dinner was sophisticated. Menus were elaborate 5 course, where one could appreciate an effort to provide something special. Sometimes dinner felt too long, but overall it was great. Many great ski centers are nearby.

We waited at least 30min after skiing for a shuttle service from Ischgl back to the hotel, although we were told that the bus will shortly arrive. When we finally arrived at the hotel my complaint was poorly handled. The lady at the reception „was sorry“ and just ask for my understanding cause at lot of guests are asking for a shuttle at this specific time… what a surprise that all skiers need a shuttle at around 5pm
