cool location in a great area, fresh & good food at Louis Garden restaurant, breakfast good, suite nice and clean, crew very friendly and handsome. The value for money ratio is perfect. good, for skiing, wellness, hiking, biking, etc. Thank you

This hotel was a great find! From our arrival to our departure, everything was perfect. The staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming. The food was delicious and plentiful. The beds were SO comfortable, which was a great treat after a day of skiing and so was the pool. Just what the aching muscles needed after a day on the slopes. Accommodation was homely and you knew you were in Austria. The location of the hotel can’t be better. Right next to the ski rental / school and both bus stops you need on your door step. Everything was beautifully done. The spa area was very high end as was our apartment. We had room 401 and the views were beautiful. Lovely breakfast buffet with a good variety of food. Omelette and pancakes also available to order. The ski bus was crazy busy but as we went half term week this is maybe to be expected.

Fantastic hotel! Great staff who were very helpful, excellent large family apartment, good location, lovely food, large underground garage, close to skibus stops. What more could you want? We would highly recommend Mountain Hotel Luis to anyone wanting to stay in or around Kaprun.

Great hotel, the staff was very nice, everything was clean and Great location.The spa center was amazing, the pool was clean. The bus station was near the hotel.One of the best Hotels in Kaprun. Would definitly go again.

We had wonderful time in Luis this Dec 2023. The XXL Apt. was huge , specious , ultra comfortable and with spectacular view. Hotel's restaurant is one of the best in Kaprun, where we have enjoyed great breakfast and delicious dinners. Staff is amazing . We give our greetings to Milan :) Thank You and see You again !
