"Great hotel, excellent breakfast, clean rooms, lovely spa. If i was being picky I would say the ski boot room is a little small and quite cramped when more than a couple of people are in there. The Aperol Spritz was very well made though and this more than made up for it. :)"

"Great hotel on the outskirts of Kaprun. Stayed here with a large group of friends over New Year. Easy reach of slopes and town with lovely views of the mountains. Hotel super, lovely alpine rooms with the essentials. Great Wellness Spa with sauna, steam room and pool. The all inclusive food was great, varied with lots of options- catered really well for allergies and made individual deserts for my daughter who has a nut allergy. Staff so helpful, friendly and wanted to make our stay special. Worth a visit!"

"Great option for families. We got free upgrade from studio to spacious well-equipped 1-bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms and spacious patio. Rituals cosmetic supplies, tasty and sufficient breakfast in a box, free minibar supplies, attentive and helpful reception staff made our stay pleasant. We even got small farewell gift and loyalty reward."

"The apartment itself was nice and modern, however there was a serious issue with pricing. Upon arrival, we were hit with a hidden €215 “final cleaning” fee that was not clearly disclosed when we booked (it was only mentioned in fine print and not included in the total price shown). This fee significantly increased the cost of our 2-night stay – by almost 35% more than what we expected to pay. I find this practice extremely non-transparent and unfair to guests. Both the hotel and the booking site refused to refund the charge, so I want to warn others to be aware of this hefty hidden fee."

"週中のみ1泊予約可能な幻想的なアルプス山を背景にした温泉リゾート宿泊施設。チェックイン前にホテル専用温泉施設を除く水遊び施設を利用できるようにする。ホテルの地下更衣室は男女共用で、ロッカーの前で着替えると、落胆が見られる。馬は温泉であり、温水のプール(ロックスの匂いも南)程度に考えればいいし、ヌードゾーンがあるので注意してください。 ビーチチェアが多く、休憩所が十分で、従業員もとても親切です。旅行中最も親切な従業員がいたところ。 客室のミニバーは無料であり、コースを含む夕食ビュッフェも美味しかったし、ここも緑汁機があって良かった。座席は夕食、朝食指定席でテーブルに予約者名カードがある。 チェックアウト時にお土産として小さなハーブ塩をあげますが、このようなケアのようなサービスが気持ちよくします。 2階程度の丘にロビーがあり、荷物を降ろしてその下の屋外駐車場に無料で駐車しましたが、後で建物の下側にエレベーターでアクセスできる駐車場がありました。行く方は参考にしてください。"

"Well-equipped, modern, and clean apartment with a wonderful living room. It has two couches, one of which can be converted into a comfortable double bed. The view from both the living room and balcony is fantastic, overlooking Kaprun and the Kitzsteinhorn. The location is just outside the center—peaceful and quiet—yet very convenient, with a supermarket around the corner offering freshly baked bread in the morning. Ski shoe heaters and Ski storage in the basement, for a perfect start of the day. The apartment Building 10 (10.3) was equipped with a dishwasher and laundry machine, that really saved the day! The only remark, it's a bit of a walk to the ski lifts, about 800 meters, therefore we will rent a heated locker next to the ski lift next time."
