"We had the best week at Dorfchalets Kaprun! Andi and Nina were excellent hosts, even giving us a free upgrade to a bigger chalet following a cancellation. The chalet was perfect and had everything we needed. The beds were spotlessly clean and comfortable, the bathrooms were also perfectly clean and the kitchen was really well appointed with very modern cooking equipment. The location was great, only a 10 minute walk to the piste, the Maiskogel lift and the supermarket. We would definitely stay here again! Andi was always responsive if we had a question via Whatsapp, and was friendly and helpful, giving great advice and tips about the local area. The free access to the local Tauern Spa was another benefit of staying at Dorfchalets, and we went several times during our week's stay. We loved it at Dorfchalets Kaprun, and would definitely recommend it and would stay again. Thank you!"

"Very nice family run hotel and a nice place to stay. We stayed in a beautiful newly decorated room with a balcony and en-suite bathroom. It was very comfortable and clean. Excellent breakfast in the morning served by the very kind and understanding Petra (family member). It isn't a clasic hotel with a bar lunge etc, but you can dine in the restaurant in the evening and otherwise there are many bars and eating places nearby. It is a quiet location,but in the centre of Kaprun and very close to the ski-lifts and the apres-ski bar :). Well recommended. Danke sehr, Petra Very nice family run hotel and a nice place to stay. "Fine cottage. Nice location with a ski bus right in front of the house. Furthermore, it stated that you didn't need to bring towels, but we were a group of 12 and each had one towel for 5 nights. When we asked if we could have an extra towel, the response was that we had to pay 10 euros per towel. The sauna was sometimes closed at times when it was supposed to be open. And the swimming pool was really extremely cold. Additionally, you do have to bring your own garbage bags, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, and toilet paper. We only found that out once we were there."

"Lovely apartment stay at Vaya Kaprun. Clean and beautifully presented, plenty of storage in the studio II which had bunks for our kids and an austrian double. For a studio there was plenty of space :) The sauna was great, and whilst I appreciate we are in austria, its quite shocking for kids both younger and older to experience - just a forewarning to other families! This is normal for austria but sometimes I think in a family holiday setting it's not necessarily the best idea. But we understood before we went in. No noise in the apartments - we were next to the lift and couldn't hear it at all. The ski store was in the garage which was spacious and always had space even at new year. Location was great - it was the far end of Kaprun but the bus stop was right outside. The little pack for dishwasher etc could do with a cloth. These are just picky little things - overall we loved it. We will always go back to Vaya resorts as we know they are top notch, clean and really well kitted out."
