フゴホテル・サマリンダ（ビッグモール）(Fugo Hotel Samarinda (Bigmall))

A big modern hotel in Samarinda. The location is a bit far from the city centre (20 mins driving while the traffic low and 30-35 mins in the rush hour). Although it’s located just above the Big Mall, the hotel has poor accessibility, especially for pedestrians and online food couriers because they have to go through the car ramp to get into the hotel’s front door! The room is modern, clean, and have great amenities. But, the noise from outside the room could be heard easily since it has poor soundproofing. When i checked in, it took more than one hour since i have to lined up into the queue and the process itself took a long time. It was the longest time i spend for check in! The queue is only five person in front of me and they opened all the check in counters.

Lokasi hotel cukup bagus dekat mall. Suasana bagus. Kolam renang bersih dan cukup luas. Makanan enak dan cukup lengkap. Pilihan makanan untuk anak ada sosis, telur, cococrunch. Kondisi kamar bukan yang terbaik tapi cukup bersih.

The hotel FUGO is fantastic. Everything is very comfortable and well designed. The hallways are large, the lobby is spectacular, the restaurants are great and the swimming pool is amazing. The water temperature perfect. The rooms have a big balcony and great views of the Mahakam River. The breakfast buffet is totally excellent. This was our second stay there for three nights. There is no other hotel in Samarinda comparable to the FUGO. So ... yes.. highly recommended. (James S.)

What a wonderful stay at Fugo hotel samarinda Thankyou for the service Ms. Ajeng at the reception, she's very helpful and nice I stayed in Premier room located at 7th floor, it's amazing swimming pool view, i love it For your info my room is entitled for afternoon tea, wich is very delicious The swimming pool also amazing, they have a huge swimming pool 😍 The breakfast very delicious with many variance food, thanks to Ms. Jen she's nice Fugo has the best service in town, can't wait to come n stay in the future Best ❤️

Nice hotel in Samarinda for bussines trip. The room is clean and for bed so comfortable. For breakfast, the food so delisicious. For view i get mahakam river and its nice. also for hospitality espescialy mr Rusy for helping me at swim pool. Best hotel

Long check in queue, took 45 minutes in queue, 10 minutes check in room, to get one room ready. And took 2 hours to get another room handed over. Hotel consider a new brand, but some furniture got defected in side the room, look like no maintenance.

The good 1. Spacious room 2. Great view from balcony 3. Perfect Toileries 4. The soap aroma is really good 5. Bed is huge 6. THE BREAKFAST DIMSUM IS THE KING! 7. The Staff is all warm & well mannered, top! The bad 1. The AC is not cold at all, it keeps the room temp. At 25c, it makes me sweaty in the noon, try to call the engineering after 15 mins tingkering, he said wait until 30 mins it can reach 22c, and its gonna be cold no worry, but its all nonsense, it keeps 25-25c until 4-5am it reach 23c, the AC in my house is doing a better job than this, two times i stay here and the problem is still the same, THE AC. 2. The male washroom on the swimming pool, is covered by a cigarettes smokes, pretty sure there were a man (hotel staff/workers) smoking in the washroom, i washed my 5 years old in agony haha 3.
