エスカープメント ラグジュアリー ロッジ(Escarpment Luxury Lodge Manyara)

Spent two nights here in September at the end of our safari. The place is absolutely beautiful with a phenomenal view of the lake. Our room (#9) was spectacular - beautiful wraparound deck and view, great bed and huge bathroom with both indoor and outdoor showers. Before dinner, several Masai performed a charming dance for the guests which was a lot of fun. Meals were all excellent. Staff was exceedingly friendly - submitted several articles of clothing to be laundered upon arrival and they were returned perfectly done in less than 2 hours. Also, at breakfast, when I enquired about the delicious pineapple jam on the table, they responded that it was homemade and would be happy to sell me some for my return home. Pool is lovely with same great view (though be on the lookout for baboons dropping by......). Complete endorsement of this wonderful hotel.

This was definitely a spot of luxury on our safari. The rooms were large and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and full bathroom. The staff were great- warm and welcoming. We didn't use the pool, but the outdoor area had great views and was the perfect place for drinks and dinner. The good was very good, and the service 5 star. This was a great place to stay on our safari while exploring the Lake Manyara area.

Stayed at the hotel for four days during Easter weekend with the family. Had a great experience, stunning views of the lake, attentive staff, clean, comfortable and spacious rooms as well as tasty and delicious meals. Looking forward to return!

This place is absolutely magical. We have never stayed anywhere this beautiful and we have travelled all over the world. It is so within nature that you just feel part of it ❤️ The view is stunning and the staff are really warm and friendly. Dinner was such a treat, the chef is so talented! Thank you to this hotel for making myself and my children so happy - this is five stars all the way - perfection

We had comfortable, spacious, stylish rooms. There was lots of hot water and good wifi. The food was lovely, with generous portions. The service was friendly and attentive. The lodge is in a beautiful park. I would thoroughly recommend exploring.

We had an awesome three days and it is great value for money. We went to the Crater from there. Wow, it has the best views with lots of animals. The lodge has spacious accommodation with great service. Breakfast can be better, but fresh. Kudus to Gift and Upendo. The attention to detail is there. Lusinda the manager was ever present. We spent a couple of nights at Escarpment Luxury Lodge. We enjoyed so much the hospitality of all staff. The gm Lusinda is very kind and welcoming. The infinity pool got an amazing view. The rooms are very spacious and very well cleaned. We look forward to come back again in future!

This was by far my least favorite hotel. There seems to be little or no maintenance involved in the property. The floors sank and creaked when you walked on them in the lodge and the hotel room. All of the doors in the room did not fit and were very difficult to open and close. I found the food to be lacking in quality and the lunch was just poor. Worst of all, they turn the power off at night. So bring a flashlight if you need to get up in the night, or if there is any type of emergency. Also the air conditioning goes off at night because of no power.

this was a great lodge i only wish we could have stayed more than one night. the staff are great, the rooms are huge, even a beautiful bathtub i did not get to use. they offer lots of different things to do for example tours to town, night safari tours. there is a beautiful pool and hot tub. they have fires with entertainment and snacks. it is safe to walk around resort in the daytime and there is 24 hour security
