Beatiful inetriors, beautiful wellness and above all great hotel staff. We were both extremely satisfied. It must be added that everything else corresponded to at least the standard of a five-star hotel, so I must repeatedly express our maximal satisfaction. Thank you!

We are very satisfied with our stay at Carlsbad Plaza. Superb service and breakfast, We do have some deductions to service quality at Wellnessland and Saunadorf: 1. Maintenance personnel entering Wellnessland and Saunadorf with street shoes (and street clothing) with no shoes protection. 2. Several guests mostly females entering Wellnessland and Saunadorf partially with street clothing, service personnel only partly reacting in most cases 3. Wellnessland service personnel accepting loud conversations in pool area between 2-3 or more quests without reactions. This may be polite to involved quests but not considering the remaining participants.

The hotel is exceptional! Everyone is very friendly, the rooms are great, there is the best spa area in which I've been and so on. It's hard to list all the great things this place has to offer. Definitely stay there when in the area.

I visited this medical Spa without a hotel reservation, in order to get some relaxation, treatment and other possible activates that may be beneficial for the body and health. it was June 2023 after I found the castle Spa closed. I spoke to the reception who told me that they don't have any medical offers like the castle spa, but they only treat the patients that staying at the hotel depending on the condition they came for. Anyway, they allowed me to enter the medical spa and see what possible procedure I can have. They choose for me 6 procedures as per the availability and don't need a doctor consultation. I remember 3 of them which were… Thai massage – Oxygen therapy – Bubbly Magnesium bath.. In additional to use the Sauna, steam and swimming pool. My impression after I finished: »it's really doesn't worth it« The place is very cool, clean and amazing like a palace. The staff was very very helpful, polite and nice talking. I really thank you all. Treatment, or let's say procedures – activities. Etc. - the ones I got were very ordinary and neither I nor my body needed them. I regretted not getting the two-hour Thai massage session available in the designated Thai shops within the town, along with all the other services attached to it. it will be better, comfortable and satisfaction.

We arrived before check in and with out any problems they gave as room. Hotel is old Russian style with old Russian people. We book 2 nights Relax packed too expensive 500e Dinner was 40e per person lunch 30e per person. Is like in Dubai. Welness was nice just towels they have still from 1984 . Breakfast is nice,Program at night is very socialistic I advise you to book something else If you are not over 60+ Next time Definitely Grand hotel Pupp or something different.

Positive points: Good location, nice reception. They parked the car in the garage, for a fee, but good service. The spa area was very nice and clean. Several different pools and saunas. The rooms were large and good beds, the room had a pleasant view of the surroundings. Calm and quiet at the hotel. Negative points: Took time with the check in, a lot of documents to fill in. The restaurant was terrible and we were so disappointed. I have never eat in such a bad hotel restaurant, would give it a maximum of 1 star rating. Nothing on their website about the restaurant or menu is true and the food (if it can be called that) is not eatable. In the evening we had to go over to the Grand hotel to get a nice atmosphere and drinks that were drinkable. Even the breakfast was mediocre.

My wife and I were torn between this medical spa and wellness hotel and the more famous Grand Pup Hotel. We opted for this one because it offered far more spas and a plethora of treatments at a reasonable cost. Frankly, they offer some treatments that I am not sure I would want to try. Nonetheless, from check-in to check-out, we felt like royalty as the staff went above and beyond. The morning breakfast offered a wide range of food to include champagne. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The hotel restaurant was superb too. While the hotel across the street certainly has the fame thanks to James Bond and Queen Latifah, this hotel deserves to be recognized. I want to draw special attention to the doorman as he was phenomenal. I also liked the ability to park inside or out at a very low price. If you opt to stay here, you will not be dissatisfied. In fact, you can get something done to you that you didn't even know they did! After all, they offer Thai massages, a magic charm beauty lounge, a complete diagnostics center, and whole body cryotherapy. Now that's cold! I was amazed at all they offered.

The hotel very good , service very poor reception very poor We checked in to the hotel and Anna was the lady who done the check in we told her we would like a good room so she said she will show us a room but it’s supposed to be upgraded and we need to pay 100 euro for the two nights When we agreed to do so she back down on her word and said no we are suppose to pay 149 euro we told the lady to speak to the duty manager to ask him that she said 100 then she said 149 she refuse to do so , so we stayed in our comfy room this is the name of the room The room it’s self is very small for a spa hotel As for the room service very bad they knock at our door we told the cleaning lady we need half an hour and then they can come over and clean the room the lady did not like it and she just push the door open and went inside to the toilet and without taking any notice of our surprise as this is not a 5 star hotel service also they only put two bottles of water free and the second day no water and they said we need to pay for it Breakfast was ok Location of the hotel excellent the spa very good but the sauna not all are working And all the facility are controlled by the staff in the spa Only working after 2 pm
